Hi guys and gal,

 

Any idea what could be wrong when my bike is running however the speedo will sometime dropped to 0km but rpm still maintain. during the dropped to 0km, the engine still is running and rpm same but will encounter a bit of power drop. Only after a while the speedo will recover to show the actual speed again...

The speed switch is probably faulty.

Hi all, i'm currently have a slightly dented front disc which uncomfortably vibrates when i do bracking. Any idea the cost of a new disc? If not, where can i get a second hand or local disc? Thanx.

A new pair should cost you 500 bucks up ~~ (Original)

 

Try looking for good condition 2nd hand ones... i think planet has a pair of second hand ones...

i have a problem with bike.. my fuel consumption is really high.. my full tank can only go up to 250km oni.. n its stock condition.. i've service my carb n its still the same.. hmmmmm

ya the whole meter is working properly leh..... sian ½

If on tight budget then have to get the flower type one le... its wayyyy cheaper... aiyah u go inside the shop, look around the boxes, and sometimes he hang it on his rack....

I rev my S4 last nite. For the 1st time, i rev till 13500rpm and it still din rev cut. (i hope my eyes din play me out). :p

Vtec not opening might be due to oil pressure low,maybe low engine oil level. Coz once i overfilled my eo slightly my vtec opens 6krpm at 6th gear. Check you eo level first. :)

maybe can go HKL ask.. i guess its quite impossible.. i wonder how can they knock the fuel tank back?? crack the tank into 2?? haha..

2007-2008 == Honda (FX^^^M)

2008-2008 == Kawasaki (FV^^^^M)

2008-2010 == Honda (FU^^^^K)

2010-201? == Suzuki (FBB^^^D)

it is possible, depending on the extent of the damage... you can head down to yeow spray, they can do the job

since yours is already dented.. take this chance to get a new paintjob.. paint workshops will settle your problem.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

no brand, 'flower' disc cost abt 200 a pair. can be purchased at motoworld, chong aik etc..

 

haaa...? I would risk it for a S4, especially high speed braking.

ur needle also stock size? maybe the fuel flow is more?? or your bike underwent dyno already... haha
