Yes but don't enter the carpark barrier which is not for motorcycles. If you enter from Thomson Road next to the playground, before you reach the loading bay or multistorey carpark, you'll see the motorcycle parking on your left.

 

An alternative is Goldhill Plaza on the other side of United Square.

there goes one free and sheltered and safe carpark in town...

singapore flyer parking confirm free, my friend went there, didnt know can squeeze until an uncle tell him after he past the barrier, went out to u-turn to squeeze in. he was charged 1.20 for just being inside for 5 mins.

I work there. Cos they removed the counter which we used to pay the $1 ever since they change to EPS system. So now just ride thru the small gap at the barrier can liao

The gap at the entrance barrier seems too tight to turn into, and it's kinda scary to enter via the gap at the exit barrier and encounter a car exiting.
