Hey guys ! I am not from the Phantom Knights thread but am interested to go on the NANAS trip....issit possible ? :)

 

of course... i don't ride phantom and nvr rode a phantom before.

just join us. there should be no discrimination when doing charity. :D

We are going to Nanas :bounce: :bounce::bounce:

 

Nanas, Noah's Ark Natural Animal Sanctuary is an animal sanctuary for abandoned dogs and cats. Retired race horses are placed there too. Animal lovers will be pleased to see plentiful dogs running freely in vast greenery.

Date of Visit : Sunday 17, August 2008

 

Place to Meet : GP Esso, after 2nd link

 

Time to Meet : 1 pm

 

Briefing : 1.45 pm

 

Moving off Time: 2 pm sharp

 

Dinner at Tian Lye : Approximately 5pm :hungry: :hungry::hungry:

 

Remember to bring your raincoats (just in case) and be in proper riding attire i.e. no bermudas n slippers(covered shoes is a must) Gloves n riding jackets (only if have) wld be the desired attire :thumb:

 

 

Standby your cameras too :D

 

Counting the days liao !!! :cheeky:

 

P/S. At the end of the visit, Nanas personel will organise a makan at Tian Lye for dinner. It will cost Sing$25 each. Half of it i.e. Sing$12.50 will be donated to Nanas.

the admission to the animal sauntary is free. the volunteers are kind enough to bring us around that day. This dinner will at least give the sauntary some token of appreciation. the money goes to help those animals with cost of their daily neccessities.

The dinner at the end of the visit at Tian Lye restaurant organised by Nanas Volunteer is at S$25 per person as advised. Half of this will be donated to Nanas. Treats or animal food donation is totally optional and voluntary :)

Any more people coming with us to Nanas :D? Will be giving the final headcount to the Nanas volunteer by mid of next week i.e. on 13th August for her prior visit arrangement purposes.

I am not sure if there are any Sparks going, but we have classes ranging from 2B, 2A to class 2 going for this trip. At the end of the Nanas visit, there is a dinner at Tian Lye at about 5pm and we will depart for 2nd link after the dinner. Time from Tian Lye restaurant to 2nd link is less than an hour (including a quick petrol pump at GP Esso). So u can estimate timing liao. Pls see full detail from the itinerary of this trip :D

haha,dun worry...i tink this will be a slow ride even though Class 2 bikes are going...coz myself is a slow rider.:thumb:
