mine also broke off that time.. but lucky i reach mah hse MSCP den break... lol.. actually weld back ok already.. wont break so easy if u ask the person use one more piece of metal to weld together with the lever... it will be damn strong damn hard to break.. mine lasted till now... haaa..

hi guys I have a problem with my bike. My bike now very hard to kick to N shift, when my bike going to low rpm or stopping, the gear will like very hard to kick up/ down le. everytime when stop muz off the engine then easy to kick up and on engine again very troublesome. I had change the Eo 1 week ago. when my bike stop at red light sometime the ideal rpm high till 2k, but sometime can low till die off le. it happen on same trip of riding, anyone got this problem and maybe share the experience to me pls.

i got experience this b4... but now i dun really have such problem... maybe cuz i lub the gear shift on the kata there... but i lub liao my kata become loose... :cry:

hard to kick neutral would be ur clutch cable loose.. juz tighten the knob.. allow abit of freeplay enuff. normally even not moving i clutch in full. kick up 1 time 1 kill de.. cfm neutral haha.. den high rpm shld be some tuning wif the air intake i guess..

2 possibities ??

is either it's time to change engine oil.. or

ur idling too low ?? set to 1.5k ?? will help..

Last time I got met this guy, he had a similar problem. Whenever he stopped, engine would died. High idling and the engine sounded like it got a bigger carb. I looked at his bike and realized the choke was on. It was on for almost 2 days. Can't imagine what his engine had gone thru!

my friend got this problem too. (neutral)

he counter this problem by using gear 1 to move abit and kick up.

best is you move your bike.

i hope this will help abit.

btw.. guys i gt a prob.. my horn cant sound when i juz start my bike leh.. after movin some distance then got a bit of soft sound out.. batt juz change last month.. any 1 can help ?

if hard 2 kick up 2 N shift... u might wanna try tis... kick up 2 2nd gear... den tap a bit down to N... it might work... i do dat most of the tym

mmm...still remember having this problem last time but it was solved after i adjust the biting point to make it far...

Last time also i kena.. Mech say Clutch plate finish... But i that time needed an EO change... After that change only it sames to be normal... Well if clutch plate finish must spend at least $70...
