hi guys,am riding a kr now..just wanna check with u guys my kr can travel abt 27-30km per 1ltr of 98 petrol plus i drag the bike very offen...i only tong the stomach n the rest remain as stock...just wanna know wheather how much km u guys can travel on per ltr of petrol?thanks

 

from what i see, your kr has a good FC!

 

my kr used to have close to 300km full tank.

 

as u can see from the previous posts, our kr riders have very good FC. ride safe!

woooo... I just topped up just now! Travelled about 200km before refuelling 5.7litres for full tank.

guys... sorry ar... just need some advice? if i drag 2nd gear untill 10rpm quite often will spoil the 2nd gear teeth inside the gear box or not ar? as u know sometime boring 1 self ride... just wack for fun... heard from someone that if drag too long the gear inside will give way and break..... cause the the 1st and 2nd gear teeth inside is not thick.....

dragging of gear will harm the engine. yes, u can drag but not too often to be on the safe side.

most of the time I onli drag til 7RPM most is 8 cause My sound that produce out of it is... LOUD....

after weeksa of collecting dust, i gave the KR a run at the PIE...shiok sia the sound..like music to my ears...

REALLY? fierce sia....

 

there was this yellow sp that overtook both me and another kr by squeezing between us when we were both moving off.... and both our krs were squeezed between two vehicles that were in two separate lanes merging into one. Fierce sia... after that, I overtook him by travelling on the left lane that wasn't held up by any motorcycles while he got stuck behind slow-moving bikes that refused to squeeze between lanes on the right side of the expressway... after a while, he overtook everyone and had time to turn back and stare at me as if I did him wrong...

 

 

This type of people fierce sia... I didn't do anything wrong also get stared at...

 

u noe, we shld call all the lady krr riders unite and then scare such ppl off. at least he only stare at u..

 

tat time i on kje going back frm night safari (work) then got a few design grp ppl in 2nd lane n they were waiting for their frens or smthing so they were showing off or smthing on xpressway. and i cant be bothered so i just overtake SLOWLY n GRADUALLY so as not to offend them. but they not happy sia. they chase me ALL THE WAY to Jurong mobil. (but maybe i cant blame them cos my bike look like the design ones.. esp w my helmet also)

 

only after i get down, remove helmet and jacket and they realised they've been chasing a girl, they apologise n go off.

i tink ahh, if im a guy. sure kena beaten up or smthing.. scary ****.

 

 

anyways, just recently, i rode n den when i off the throttle, the bike still accelerate and the sound is as if the thottle is still open (even tho i din drop gear or brake). and then the way to resolve the prob is to full clutch and den rev the throttle den return to normal. at 120km/h, its damn damn damn scary esp at the bends at kje n bke. do u guys know wats wrong ah?

 

is it must change carb or what? i hope its not tooo ex a repair cos im changin to s4 in march hehehe.

nothing lei.. the last full service i went was 2mths ago.. i tink everything's in place. tml i go bike shop check. i scared sia. hahaha
