Roughly how often you guys change/top up your brake fluids? mine is a new bike, only run abt 1.3k km, i see the front fluid container like half only...

Since ur bike is new, u might just wanna open and check if the brake fluid level is sufficient. If not, get a DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid and top it up!

 

Abt the regularity of topping up, do so once every 3 months!

 

Recommend to this if u urself knows how to bleed e brakes after topping up e blake fluid.. Remember, once u open that cap, air's gonna flow in n after u sealed back e cap.. Viola! No more braking power..

brake fluid will go lower as time passby due to the usage of the brakes. but it will take a very very long time. if the fluid going lower very fast that means something wrong with your braking system or leaking. last time me and my bro use my kr for 2 years plus never even need to top up my brake fluid. now i'm riding rvf, after 4 years then can really see that the fluid went down a bit from the first time i ride my rvf till now.

Yah it's still safe not to follow too near behind all moving vehicles, espcially taxi, lorry and van.

I remember the few days I just got my bike and ride to sch and back home, reaching home liao, there's this lorry damn f*cker 1. I was on the left lane and this lorry from behind no signal cut all the way beside me less than 0.5m I was damn scare and jam brake to slow down in order to not to get hit. That was close.

Nothing to do with brake fluids thou u might wanna check if theres sufficient. Its most probably due to ur brake piston. must send for servicing! also yr brake pads
