Hey guys, as some of you may know i'm doing my running in for my bike, i would like some input on the recommend ways to go about it. Should i go 250km >80km/hr, the next 250km >90km/hr, and another 250km >100km/hr. Personally i think im gona use this method..

 

But republic boss told me 500km >80km/hr.. or some might say just whack only, all depends on the individual bike itself right?

 

What are your suggestions/other alternatives?

 

I think i've clocked 200klick since i first got my bike on friday only. Long way to go

lolx.. depends on wat you have changed.. if you overhaul.. better stick it to 500km

 

for me, i've change piston and piston ring.. i wack after 1 week of 80~90km/h.. cannot tahan...

Hello there, i am just dropping by a message on behalf or eyra.

 

Sincere apologies for those who i send sms but didnt replied back due to i was on the roadand were rushing.

 

Thank god she's fine but she suffer some minor injuries on her left arm and her ankle got twisted.Her bike is ok except for her footrest got scrapped as well as her fairing and handlebar.

 

She would be discharged by tommorow. Eyra would like to seek apologies if she had caused trouble to anyone.

 

Thks for ya concern and prayers. My cousin is now fine and recovering.

i change piston, piston ring, pin bearing ect.(top overhaul) i 130-150km i whack 100km/h+ ady. haha. U can whack. IF you dont love ur bike. I whack coz i dont love my block. haha.

overhauled whole engine doesn't mean change piston, piston bearings, piston rings, conrod, block?

 

does it include stripping the whole engine casing including the gears etc?

Jimmy from republic told me not to go above 80km/h. At most i go only 85km/hr. I think its a matter of perspectives, different people different. I also only just rode for 4 days of course i listen to the boss' advice. Give me abit of time to verify what should be done and what shouldn't be done.
