erm guys does any1 know if we need to bring sg road tax to malaysia? dun tink so right? ii was almost force to pay the babi officer kopi lui for not bringing sg road tax unless i wan to pay the 300rm but was lucky and let off this time

 

by right, yes... depending on your "outlook" of your bike and you.. the officers stop people by look...

& you can choose to ask for receipt and pay later if really die die wan to summon you..

Of cuz... the price can be bargain.. They rather you pay them den pay to the government...

hi guys, im pretty new to my krr. which i bought not too long ago. my krr has this lever like thingy that goes from on to reserve to off.

just want to ask you guys when do i turn it to reserve?

and my idling is at 1.5rpm? anything wrong?

and my full tank only can go 160km is that also wrong?

 

set your idling to lower...

the level set it to on - normal riding

reserve - no more fuel at ON stage

off - while parking

 

full tank 160.. you wack daily ar?

or maybe your bike settings and all that not correct..

definitely nt. even in sg there is no need to bring ur roadtax arnd. only insurance. i havent seen my roadtax since i bought it. next time if such a thing in malaysia happen, i sure tell them that roadtax discs bought for the month had to be surrendered back to lta coz there was a printing error. and tell them if dun believe can check with singapore lta. and when u say it must be confident with a little frown. if it doesnt work ask them bring u to singapore embassy. bring on some big words and they will get tired of the trouble it is to talk with u.

 

of coz if u are non-malay, try the " aku tak tau malay" over and over again first.

actually i dont have my roadtax also.. cos it got wet and i just threw it away.

 

i also dun have.. keke... Singapore can locate our road tax with one phone call.. keke..

 

Btw, if going to thailand on bike, need road tax? dun need right? lolx...

guess wat? shop owner say service already but got problems.

 

problem1: engine kept dying when idle each time at red traffic light. luckily a guy with a Honda wave came to help. he said my rpm timing were set to low, then he help to set and running fine. but now, if i just started bike, must always throttle for a few seconds to prevent engine dying. is it normal?

 

problem2: when on my fuel valve in stationery (means not using fuel), a small tube underneath my engine will leak fuel like hell. full topup last nite, and thru the night almost half of the fuel indicator gone. i only travel from amk to kg arang to marine parade then to changi village. dont think whole hourney will eat half of full tank rite?

any ideas guys?

 

besides these 2 probs, rest is fine. brakes, gears, clutch and handling were very good.

welll bro when shop say they service for u!! dun belive...its a lie... ask them do infront of u lor... go back the shop ask them change to new fuel valve or change tube la... best ask them full service for u...bring a kr fren along...ask him to check if inside all ori and good ant:angel:

2) carb overflow -->> when this happen, SUPER hard to start bike correct?

hi friends,

i have something to ask i recently changed my chain (RK X-ring gold) after that i am having some problem with my RPM and speed .,when in gear 6 110 Km/H and above only can reach 6000 rpm if i want to open my KIPS valve i must cross 120 Km/H and i am hearing some ubnormal sound like whomm, whomm, whomm from my engine side,and feel vibration in the handlebar,currently the sprocket size infront is 15 rear is 38,i wanted to change back to stock condition the mechanic say chain cannot be used pitch is not same as original.is that true?

if i use the x ring chain whats the ratio of both sprocket size?(stock is 13 in front 39 in rear)

he recommend 15 and 39 i am confused,

does anybody experience this problem before.,what went wrong?pls give me some solutions.

the sound I'm not sure as I have to listen so that I will know..

but the ratio if currently you are 15-38, ask them to change back to the one you are having.. NEVER HAVE 13-xx You will vomit...

 

I need to know the chain size.. is it 428 or 520?

 

If 520- it will be 14-xx (max)
