hmm, need to display road tax on yr bike anot? cos when i get my bike they never give me road tax, but i have road tax til july 2010.. and season parking if you bought alr can straight away park at season parking lots without the season parking disc?

one more thing, my krr produces a screeching sound when riding, will it affect any of my engine stuff or say, piston, carbuertor or anything?

CDI - control the whole "circuit" and assist your ignition coil to fire up

the shop told me to go back and they help me fix after i clock 500-800km and they say smth to do with clutch that they forgot to do before they pass the bike to me.. and my piston is new piston.. that's why im not sure.. i have doubts though..

the sound I'm not sure as I have to listen so that I will know..

but the ratio if currently you are 15-38, ask them to change back to the one you are having.. NEVER HAVE 13-xx You will vomit...

 

I need to know the chain size.. is it 428 or 520?

 

If 520- it will be 14-xx (max)

its 520 previously i install 14 but the sound comes when i hit and close throttle at 60 km/h like humming "whoom ...whoom" like (suspect engine and wheel rpm not matching may be gear revolving inside the gear box is not matching), after the mechanic changed to 15 now the sound shifted to 100-110 km/h.

 

520 not suits for our KR?he recommend me to try DID heavy duty,but current x-ringl chain i have to give up(just spend $$$ on it)

Tony, The best chain and sprockets are those original ones by Kawasaki. It really worth ya money.

 

I enjoy fast ride and I am not the fastest. when I got my bike last time, its on original sprocket and chain yet it can hit 200km/h on my stock speedometer on the north west highways of malaysia. Good enough for me.

 

Some other KRR riders here can go faster,but they dont really spend their money on chain and sprocket alone..u need more than just tat to go hyper speed!

after 500km, your warranty might have ended... You see?

they normally give people 2 weeks to MAX 1 month warranty.. So if your warranty ended, they will say ok.. now is the last time we fixed for you.. and free.. next time.. chargable..

 

That's the way how they deal with issues.. Go back and check.. where you stay again? Can meet up and see.. I should be washing carb this coming sat.. come and meet me if you wan...

yup yup... 520 is good.. but DUN use 13-xx... cannot make it at expressway.. have to HIGH rev until crazy... they sell 13 because no one wants it...

 

14 is better irregardless of wat weird sounds and etc... unless your back spocket wan to go down til 13-35?

welll bro when shop say they service for u!! dun belive...its a lie... ask them do infront of u lor... go back the shop ask them change to new fuel valve or change tube la... best ask them full service for u...bring a kr fren along...ask him to check if inside all ori and good ant:angel:

2) carb overflow -->> when this happen, SUPER hard to start bike correct?

1) i already know wats happened. my rev, rpm timing is super low, if in idle it goes straight to '0', dats y it died. i think the abt proper rpm settings in idle for kr is ard 1.5 to 2rpm now i learn something, hahah

 

2) its due to my 'filter'(cant remember what filter) is dirty and choked, so dats y carb overflow. but its settled alr
