Actually improper use of engine braking might cause more harm cos of the excessive over-drive of the engine might cause the rear wheel to overspin, another factor is the rear wheel will over-drive the engine thus stressing the engine tat might cause pre mature damages.

 

But proper use of engine braking wif smooth co-ordination of the braking system is good for the engine and ensures a more stable and enjoyable ride.

Wah bro, LED under seat alr? I planing to change my LED color. cannot be seen alr. But need to do rewiring first. Like magi alr. LOL. Any one noes where to do rewiring n change ignition, tank n seat key very cheap?

Thanks sparker, I do use all my brakes. In fact now I have this bad habit of using 70% rear brake cos my rear brake very eat. If I release clutch on gear 1 the sound is way too harsh and I'll never do that to brake.. Haha.

Some additional tips:

 

Things to take note when buying bike:

1. Compare the insurance prices

2. Compare the parts availability and waiting time

3. The shops/mechanics that can repair the bike

4. Resale value of the bikes

5. Sitting posture for rider & pillion

 

 

Need to run in the engine first during the required running-in period after overhaul, change the engine oil n oil filter at required intervals, you can feel the surge of power once the engine has been broken in, then can wack the bike.

 

Bikes manufactured recent yrs have higher tolerance level thus seldom have the need for overhaul.

 

Improper modification of bikes might caused pre-mature damaged/spoilt thus having the need to overhaul and replaced faulty components.

 

 

Wat to look out for if you feel vibration when riding.

1. Wheel bearings

2. Steering cone bearing

3. Fork oil (Time to service fork)

4. Check for loose chain or worn-out sprockets

5. Rear shocks too soft (Time to change the shocks or rebuild them)

6. Check tire pressure.

Guys i am having difficulty starting my bike. I just went for service, changed spark plug already but i gt problem starting bike. I have to like use choke all the time, even if use choke must kick sooo many time. Last time was shiok choke off one two kick throttle close bike can start ready.

As far as i know if cannot start bike must change spark plug change ready but still gt problem..!!!

 

I have read that if battery weak difficult to start bike is it true ???

But how will battery become weak when kr charges the battery while running ???

Or is there anything else i should look into due to the starting problem ???

 

Every morning i sweat by the time i start my bike. pls help!!

Dunno the problem. Maybe the fuel flow too low...

My battery was weak and I just changed it last week. I had no problem starting the bike. Only that the signal lights and neutral light was very weak. Krr does charge battery while running but an old battery may not be able to retain the charge.

now my bike also like yours. quite hard to start and her idling at 1rpm. engine like going to die off. my friends adjust the idling up for me already, but it will go down itself one lol. and yeah i just change battery also, reason is like what gutripper say, the battery spoil alr cannot store charge while riding.. go planet @ ubi or your own bikeshop ask them what is the problem don't anyhow change first.. haha.

He nvr showed up. If i saw him confirm he wont be able to do anything or cheat anyone anymore.. yup.. of course.. Love her so much. her registration date is the same date as i pass my TP. 10 march. =D

I will stay on stock sprockets first and work on the carb, engine and exhaust to get the rpms up first.. then the sprocket changes will start coming in as we set the bike to hit max rpm on top gear just before Turn 2.

Its been a long time since I last post and I am astonished to see the post hits reaching the highest peak!! I am no longer riding my KRR and will soon get a new bike of different brand,however,I will still be keen to join you all once again!
