any 1 bought a 1st hand krr recently? how much does 1 cost now? any experinces?

had the shock of my life man.. tried pillioning my friend on my krr.. when moving off, i showed him pylon sladom sia, dunno swing left and right like 2-3 times before gaining control.. but that one perhaps is i still haven't catch the feeling..

 

then when outside on the road normal riding.. i find it abit hard to keep the bike straight.. keep moving left and right by abit.. i asked my friend to sit closer to the me and the bike became much more easier to control..

 

but then my friend would be sitting between the front and back seat -.- so.. i am asking, how u all pillion ur friends on ur krr? got a gap in between? very newbie to pillioning...

i once pillan a very fat person before, my bike swing left and right also but not so drastic until can do shalom course , and yes sitting nearer helps esp for fat or big pple. Secondly check ur rear tyre pressure, after i pillan my fat fren home, my pressure drop from 220 to 192. No kidding.

 

ps:brake early too, from personal experience i brake late and so hard until my c*** hit my tank plus his his weight push from behind. Very unpleasant experience.

whats up all

 

today spend 800 ringgit on over-haul the gear-box

 

consist of = new con-rod, new bearings, 2 gear shafts, oil seals and clutch plates

 

whole process takes 6 hours ( my ass hurts like hell )

 

now throttle responds swiftly and the sensation

 

plus the sounds that comes around 80-100 is gone infact engine sounds like new

 

considered money well spent

ah......... i think for you and your friend safety temporarily abstain from pillion

you need to master the skill to ride alone with confidence first

 

if you really must the rule of thumb would be no gap between you and pillion even

 

it means your pillion sittin inbetween front and rear seat with both of your pillion's

 

legs grippin yours, both his or her hands on own thighs and look straight dont

 

make any unneccesary movement as slightest can be felt and affect the balance

 

of bike

just now when i return from msia with don and filbert and eofoliate, i tried to go up to 170 but i just can't. my meter keeps staying at 160 or less. whyz?

In the eyes of the law, any addition, removal or replacement of parts that are not original, is liable to be punished. In theory, even changing your tires to a different size is wrong. Told to me by a Traffic Police.

If there's a powercut, you wouldn't b able to go past a certain speed. Stop wondering about this for eternity and concentrate on better riding techniques instead.

drag from lower gear got difference meh.
