And for the record, I have done absolutely zero things to the forks & suspension (Except change the forks oil) in this bike. I have not have a reason to and they have been holding very well. Not a common comment for a stock setup, especially a Kawasaki!

brudder the front spring cannot make it lah dives when brake into corner

I hope you do see where I'm coming from & realise I'm not approaching this on a offensive or personal path. "SHOCK" therapy has been proven the best way for a person to learn. Now do you want to remember that DO NOT SAVE MONEY ON BRAKES/TIRES by:-

(1) SHOCK THERAPY No 1. My "offensive" speech, my relentless nagging at some riders whom I have been barking at for months and still haven't changed their tires or

(2) SHOCK THERAPY No 2. Falling off your bike after a skid which you could have saved if you had 5% more grip or didn't managed to brake in time because you needed better brakes or 2 metres more.

Your choice... but then again, all who reads this owes me a can of Coca Cola for words of wisdom anyway!

The secret to this is in the oil (Viscosity?) rating. There's 0, 2.5, 5, 10, 15 and so on.

A wise one knows who to flame & who not to flame. Your choice to start one here with the wrong person is wrong X 2. Now fook off to where you came from or if you really am looking for flawed remarks to criticise, I've got one whole good thread for you.. try the link on tango zulu mama. You'd either be laughing so hard, you'd get a sore throat or you'd be shaking your head so hard till the CNB officer calls for reinforcements.

i believe kawa do have authorised dealers retailing their original parts

places like FJT etc

i always believe in know some of the bad points of a bike before committing money to it...

anyway here are some of the bad points i find abt KRR:

1. exhaust pipe tend to rust more easily and more quickly than other bikes

2. fuel gauge totally not accurate

but generally im a happy KRR rider and have no intention of upgrading etc for the moment

:goodluck: in getting a bike!

As usual lor, I'm more "TCSS" kopi meetup guy than anyone else. You want in?

Secondly, about the KRR fork oil, can't really tell you which was the one I used (Lost my notes) but the bigger the number, the thicker the oil (Less movement). Also different people, weight & preferences need different oils. Fortunately fork oils are cheap enough to trial & error to get the right one.

A continuation of the previous talk about a KRR mini meetup. I believe nothing came up from the previous mention, so I'm gonna set the date/time (& place) for you guys instead & now hope that you guys show your support & show up.

Sometimes I found it was not really wise to state the actual place of meetup due to many obvious reasons and so I will not name it here but interested ppl, please put your nick/contact number & name below & I'll contact you with the venue when the date gets closer.
