was in my lorry enjoying the sugarcane i bought n smoking happily, den moving off towards the exit i flinged my butt away.. den upon reach exit got a queue, den one girl n guy approached my lorry, n say i juz littered.. gotta fine me.. den blah blah blah blah.. knn... suay...

 

the guy wore beige short sleeved shirt, while the female wore civilian clothes..

they worked in pairs, n normally at one area, ard 10+ at different locations inside one place.. like in that carpark.. coz after i got my summon, i drove one round again, den saw 6-7 pairs in the same combination...

every small road in the carpark got one pair, den along the pavement also got...

i kena at bedok interchange when i was 17.. caught by CID somemore -_-.

 

i throw into drain, miscue, smoke still coming out i walk off. half way cid come show me his pass, then he say later the nea officer will talk to me.

 

but thankfully i was cute enough and managed to get off with a warning. phew.

 

otherwise the penalty would be, underage $30, contra brand $200, littering $200.
