TS, What's even worse now is that the whole world knows of your mistake including the TPs who come in here to surf these forums? You seem to have the habit of always shooting yourself all the time.

 

fyi just admit to the mistake. because ERP gantry CAN capture ur face from what i know. gd luck. hope the investigating officer doesnt print out this page and show it to u.

Dear T/s prepare a amount of money for this fine and u can forget about the TP date..no point as they will not going to give u the licence even though if u passed the test.

 

As for Jail..i am not very sure maybe u can ask a lawyer for help..

Er.. Is the TS Singaporean? i cant possibly believe a Singapore citizen could be such ignorant abt the consequences of passing ERP gantry when he is riding illegally on the road. He's probably underestimating the system or wat. Im not sure what on earth is going thru this fellow's mind. This juz show how irresponsible the TS is... w/o even thought of the consequences. Else, again, i have no idea why he's passing thru the ERP. The only reason could be.. HE CANT be bothered. as long as happily can ride bike enough. Well, gd luck.

received a letter regarding non user bike and was asked to be interviewed at lta building at 24th oct by senior investigating officer... siao liao... was riding without license and bike was laid up and of cos no insurance... the letter said i was riding non user vehicle passing thru erp gantry at this day that day... actually wanna get license alr then do everything... tp on 29th oct... :cry: sigh... may i know what's gonna happen and wad shld i do? am i gonna get 3 charges or 3 x (no. of times i rode)? is there any leniency if i'm still schooling and tp date is near? or can i beg the investigating officer to let me off or just charge me riding without road tax?

 

 

Well, no need to say much I guess. Others have already voice out what I said.

 

U are old enough to make ur own decision. U are also old enough to be responsible for own decision.

 

Whatever sentence that being passed take it like a man and please learn this lessen well.

 

I would say u are lucky that u are caught before something stupid happened. Like the the runner guy who died while being pursue by police.

If u have gone through national service, you should know that "do anything, but dont get caught". Now get caught already, lan lan pay fines lo.

Riding for 2 weeks without license and regretting it only after getting caught??? The roads are better w/o hazards like you!

 

If you had gotten into an accident, i will feel no pity whatsoever for u, but the poor guy who will have to fork out his own cash to pay for repairs since u dun even own an insurance. Imagine the hassle of suing a fool!

 

Plus, i never knew anyone dumb enough to ride through erp using a laid up bike. :faint: :faint: :faint:

So what if you are student and TP date is near. Student very big arh?? Alot of people here also student but they dont do sh*t stuff like you.

I think you beg the judge to give you lighter sentence better. Maybe go in Changi chalet for a shorter time.

 

Plus i read your past postings, maybe the taxi was wrong and inconsiderate about other road user... even if he did hit you that very day, you are also wrong cos u no license. And in the event you accident, the other party cannot claim anything from you, you numbskull. Still got the cheek to say people "tan jia" let him pass. I am curious as to what you are studying... seriously... are you in some kind of spastic institute or something? Anyways, even if you have the financial ability to settle in private, you are gonna have to pay the other party a hefty amount. So go figure.

Kudos to the ERP Gantry although it sound so suicidal to GO THRU THE DAMN GANTRY DURING OPERATING HOURS on a laid up bike...Another road hazard out...

The worse is this m0r0n can even pillon his friend on the busy street of Orchard Road.

 

This type of m0r0ns should be taken out of the road. If he got into an accident, victims cannot claim from him. My friend ever been knock down by a car, and turns out the b@st@rd driver does not have a licence.

before october still can cancel your tp slot and get refund, alamak now cannot refund already, wasted another $30 bucks or so.

 

Just to let you know its usually 600bucks to $1000 per charge. and you will get banned from riding for I dont know how long.

 

I know of someone who rode without licence, banged his friend's bike while cornering causing his friend+pillion death. He got only 2years ban + few thousand fine. It appeared on the newspaper headlines quite sometime ago if you have read it. And now I believe you gonna pay more them he does you should had banged someone you dont like and that would be more worth the money paid in fines. Instead of riding thru the ERPs.

 

by the way did you insert your cashcard in the IU? we're really eager to know lol

so eventually, it took its toll on his head, ride it all d time until got caught n realise its an offence... nt to condemn u, but once get caught for serius offence, dey heck care abt u being a student, or ur tp is dis coming oct...

d judge will giv u a dressing down, i'm pretty sure abt dat...
