like to find out wat kind of tape use to tape headlights. Understand that it helps when the stones fly in track and taping helps to save the headlights.

 

Can normal electrical tapes be used ? any left over "sticky residue" ?

i tot the tapes is jus to ensure if yr glass headlight breaks, the glass wont scatter and endanger other track user??? hmmm.....it really wont break issit if stone hit??

 

You are right.

 

For track days here in the USA, it is a requirement to have the headlights, signal lights and tail lights lens taped over if you do not want to remove them.

 

Your bike will have to undergo a tech scrutineering before they will let you go on the track and they strictly enforce this lens taping thing.

 

As for the supermotard tracks... they don't seem to bother about it or mebbe becoz I am the only one with a street legal bike running around with them.

it is called duct tape...can find at any hardware store..1.50 each..got alot of colour to suits ur bike..heheh... :angel:

It's called "Duct Tape," just like eyz and sapitos have described.

no need for an organizer.. just set a timing "8am sharp" at money changer.. than set off together from there, maybe go for breakfast 1st?? i think we use to meet 7.30 its too early as now bike session start at 1030. but after 730 jam at causeway right?

Sorry guys..... i'm afraid to tell u dat 1st week of track session is cancelled for me tho but i'll be going down to track on d 8th of July together wif As Junior, d GURU of MSF67... if u guys r interested to learn from d GURU himself feel free to join us....
