I found one short exciting trail just 5 min from my home in Punggol. I had tried it a couple of times , getting my bike dirty and got caught in the soft sand.

Good enough for those who would like to try out how the Strom perform offroad and dun need to go up far north. Its a nice quiet place and u could enjoy the sea breeze . For those who like to fish ... its a good spot too. Anyone interested ???

Punggol - the junction of Punggol Drive & Edgefield Plain , quite 'hulu' . There is a bit of construction sit at the junction. An old road leading to the old fishing farms there. PM me , i might be free to show u .

Wah brotherz, yest afternoon I spent over 3hrs changing 1 air filter on my DL1000. Wah kao! The fairing is damn hard to strip sia! Last time I ride super-4 I do it in 15mins, STROM took me 6times longer! I swear I'll never strip the Strom again. Also, I happen , any idea whto make spoil alot of the bloody plastic fasteners, I thought take out can put back easily, now spoil already dunno where to replace those plastic fastener ah?

Did U know the lower fairing below headlight is held by 2 screws and 8 bloody plastic fasteners?!? Suzuki thought the Strom travel at 300km/h fairing fly off? Then must remove that one ORELSE side fairing cannot take out coz' got hidden screw joining lower fairing with side fairing. Then if side fairing dont take out, fuel tank cannot take out, then fuel tank cannot take out, AIR FILTER cannot change!!! Muahahaha, I wana cry.........

PS: Maybe I'm just BODO...........haha, just need to complain.:giddy:

I checked my battery voltage this morning and seems like it is in good health.

Before bike was started : 12.22V

After started idling with headlights : 11.66V

After started idling w/o headlights : 12.8V

After started with or w/o headlights @ 5k rpm: 14.5+V

After a 20 mins run with engine off : 12.4V

I made a surprising discovery: with both headlights on, the bike seems prone to idle and stall.

I unplugged 1x headlight connection and the idle and stall problem seems not happening.

Too bad I don't have an onboard voltmeter, otherwise it will reveal more interesting find.

I wonder what's wrong

you will get use to it, practise makes perfect... if you sent to workshop, you have to waste time waiting for you turn... thus makes you more frustrated...

so trust with you own hand..

btw, the plastic fasterner can be purchase at the KS motor.. they have plenty of it.. if you forget to remove those fasterner, you ll end up ripping it off...

KS motor is few shop away from chap lee, near Lim Ah boy..

cheers..
