I am trying, trying very very hard to resist... I am trying to change my braking system, but as a package it is almost $2k... So i am deciding whether to break up the purchase, Braking rotors front n rear 1st, then followed by master cyclinder n lastly calipers lar.... Hmmmmmmmmm..... My car aftermarket braking system oso ard the same price lei, tot bike stuff cheaper....

you cant really break the purchase as the braking front rotor is 320mm not 310mm like OEM..

if you just wanna upgrade the rotors first, you need a relocator(bracket) for mounting back OEM caliper..

else, i'll suggest go for the brake master cyclinder first, then the caliper and rotors..

oherwise, very hard to break the purchase up..

actually, the front brakes are just the beginner of heartbreaking/wallet lightening.. ultimate would be the engine, suspensions and rims..

if you are comparing these two, i'll get Scorpion.. as it's cheaper and it's in titanium finishing with stainless steel headers..

the current Delta Barrel4 is very slient with the legal baffle insert, unless you wanna take the risk.. or you can get the older version..

if you are asking abt the best street legal full system exhaust for DRZ, i'll recommend Yoshi.. price is the killer..

Go to Ah Seng of Mayo Street.

Tell him you want to put on handguards and the DRC Edge tail lights.. then keep quiet and let him do his magic.

His wiring work is one of the best I have seen a mechanic do... he does not use tape to join wires... he uses heat shrink.

I will be at his shop on Monday evening around 5 PM for some minor work on my bike.

Hi Bro,

so does Ah Seng sell the drc tail light n also signal lights?..or do i nid to get it myself sumwher else first?..

sori to ask this kinda questions..i never realli been ther..:sorry:

nope, gonna use 320mm.. so it's a package thingy.. very hard to slowly upgrade..

slowly upgrade possible but need more money literally..

as follows:

get the 310mm braking rotor? (increase brake bite)

need upgrade??

get the 16X18mm MS to fit.. (better feel)

can upgrade?

get 320mm rotor, plus relocator for nissin caliper.. (better bite, as it's bigger)

ultimate upgrade?

install brembo caliper with relocator.. (max power liao, unless you looking at cast mono block calipers..)

2nd hand FCR would fetch abt $650 onwards, if it's a FCR3..

why not do an exchange and top up from someone if you dun need the FCR?

the fuel intake is by vacum when the arrow is at on and reserve. when at pri, the petrol will jus flow, no vacum at all.

learn this from raptor abt 2 weeks ago.

i also new owner, 2 weeks on my DRZ. tis sat on trip to melaka, try to join us.

go to supermoto.sg and have a look
