hi i gt a qn for my rs125. may i know if the chain is nt lube, will u feel it while riding:confused:

and also may i knw how many clicks then u turn yr fuel tank to reserved, my current is 160+ click, still going.

u cant feel it unless u ride like bat out of hell, the chains snaps if its not lube.... but if ur riding style is rather normal, the chains are fine( pray hard ). for aprillas nid TLC. so regularly do checks everytime u ride it. :thumb:

Milleage is low. However i feel the price is a tad steep but thats expected from shops.

May I know which shop are you refering to? Mah?

From what I monitored in the forum, people have been selling the FW plates (03 reg) GP1 model here for 7-8k for the past 2 years.

Service wise, its nothing. A bottle of gear oil and 2 plugs. Its relatively maintenance-free. You will have to expect a bit of hassle and fork out a little more though when things break down since SG do not stock up the parts. There are plenty overseas however.

This bike is never meant to be a communter bike. I would rather get a more tourqey 400 to communte.

FC ranges from 13-15km/l. But i did get 18km/l from mine when its still new and full stock.

Why four strokes when all you need is two?

hi. just wondering whether there are legal aftermarket exhaust for the rs125'08? thanks.

Yes, go biketech to check for arrow. If you are buying, let me know. Buy a arrow pipe can have a discount for rear bike stand.( I think you will not need that ):thumb:

Mostly all 2 stroke have "flat spot" at mid-range due to character of 2 stroke. If you cab and pipe is matching and well set, it can reduce this effect. But for aprilia model after 98~99 with cdi restriction, you can only change or modify the cdi. Go to UK website to change how to do it or buy second hand from someone.

i used to ride an 00 model with legal arrow bike, i only feel lag at lower rpm maybe below 3k. after that is supreme power, i dont know what the previous owner do to the bike but i like it. once it reaches 8k rpm, the feeling is suuuuwiit!
