any comment for the carb like keihin & VSBH ? currently i m on keihin..anybody tried this setting before ? i was so suprise when thinking to adjust the "slow" the previous owner had changed to keihin...whats u guys think ? should i change back to VSBH ?

Ha ha. To all those who replied leaner, you're wrong. Its richer.

 

2T dilutes your fuel mixture. Those old wives tales always advocate pouring more 2T when going track. That's so wrong. By doing so, you'll lean out your fuel mixture. Must not be done unless you jet up to compensate.

juz went in to JB juz now.pump abt 12.5L which is RM 34.4 feel the pinch a bit but still ok la compared to SG petrol

This is right only when premixing.:) Using injector, with more 2T will only create more smoke and less responsive or with less 2T will have insufficient lubrication and cause piston jam at high rpm. Standard carb will maintain its AF ratio, either set too lean or rich.:cheeky:

hmm... so who should i listen to? cos i'm quite certain my 2t is too much. still leaking lots at the exhaust. i'm just afraid my a/f ratio is set too lean. thats why wanna know if i should lean it or richen it.

well, google is your best friend then. but to my own knowledge.

 

lean = low 2t

 

rich = lots of 2t.

 

if im gonna put it in laymen's terms.

hey guys, you know which shop in singapore does cdi unrestriction.

 

ur bike already has gianelli n 34mm carb wat for want unrestricted cdi?

yesterday i tried izzat's bike. he got no environmental dip between 5k - 6k.

i have it and its like a 'chor' to ride around. i always must go at high Rpm. couldnt cruise at all. i dont like it lah. so i need to do the cdi unrestriction to get rid of that dip.

 

PS: its not carb tuning problem.

why not just try taking Isa/ Aaron CDI and install on ur bike to try, see whether there is any difference, then decide wat the problem ..

Cheap ,Simple and effiecient mtd to test.. :lol:

cannot.my cdi is too powerful for u.im using f-22 cdi.later u fly.only certified pilots are allowed to try

hi bro...i dismantle my fairing for spraying..but found there were some oil leaking below the battery part then saw some oil actually is from the " T" thingy..is it the power valve ? if i willing to service the valve? can i just simply dismantle the valve then wash it by petrol ? any sifu here can show me some clue or provide some info about what to do for valve servicing..?

maintenance?? do top n bottom overhaul every 3 months,every 6 months sent engine back to italy for complete checkup.if bike cant start,maybe the problem is ure using diff battery.try using car battery.oil leaking cheap to repair la..juz plaster it with thread tape n silicone it to make water n oilproof.ur bike has big fat fugly left exhaust coz they dont want u to drag ur left knee while cornering..

wth is with the sending engine back to italy...very free ar every 6 mths send there majiam sg inspection not irritating enuff i hav to send my engine there somemore then y overhaul so frequently zzzz?? is it serious u hav to send engine back to italy?? y not ask mechanics here to check for u can liao i think mech here should be able to handle a single cylinder engine pretty well...
