Is there any in the market and how much? How much is a brand new one and where can I get it from?

Good condition brake disk people here hardly sell. You may want to try Mezzo for EBC disk or weda for XXX brand. Original disk is too exp to get from Mah. Or you can try Ideal, they may have some left over stock.

The apartment are left with those that can fit 8 person comfortably. And I have listed the top 8 person who has paid/definitely confirm to be in the priority list.

 

Any additional name will either have to be "smuggled in" Sure got space, just maybe not comfortable. So unless additional person call Khai up after 5pm and before 11pm today to make payments, he will not book another room...

If that is the break down than, RM940/ 8 = RM117.5

 

Rate SGD1= RM2.44

 

So that is approximately SGD 48.20 each if above rate remains unchanged.

 

If all have paid $25 deposit then a remaining of $23.20 would need to be paid for accomodation. If Khai is doing a bank transfer and charges are incurred then we need to recalculate this to return him the charges equally among us.

Current arrangments are as the following:

 

High possibility of lodging at a guesthouse at bukit bintang. The name of the place is called Anjung KL Guesthouse. Its like a backpacker's hotel. There's a front yard to park our bikes.We can book the whole dorm all to ourselves. It consist of 4 double decker beds, so just nice it will fit 8 of us.

 

Its 30rm/person/night. That works out to be 30*8*2=RM480

I've emailed the owner of the place this morning and really got a prompt reply at 5am! Message as the following.

I'm emailing on behalf of a small group of bikers from Singapore. I would like to inquire if the dorm room is available for 8 of us on the above mentioned dates. We will be moving off from Singapore on 24th 0030hrs and will reach KL at around 8am. We are looking for accommodation for the duration of 2 nights.

 

As of now, 5 bikes will be heading up while 3 others will be heading up north via bus. Will your facility be able to fit 5 medium sized sports bike? We had some last minute changes in our plans as the main organizer is unable to ride up. So we're left to look out for our own accommodations.

 

We will be able to book via credit card latest by Monday 19th October 2009. Will be waiting for your prompt reply.

As stated in the email, 5 of us will be riding up (based on the assumption that sham will be riding alongside us) and Isa, along with 2 of Raggie's friend will be taking a coach up to meet us at the lodging.

 

As for the riders, meeting point will be the same. Time wise, we have to discuss this again later on in a day or two.
