0830: meet at GP Petronas (there're seats/table inside the air-conditioned "mini-mart"), gazz up & simple admin :thumb:

(kindly do not plan for a 8.15am arrival at tuas checkpoint thinking to clear tuas/msia immi and still arrive on time; expect the usual sat morning peak hour jams hor)

Summary of trip

map http://i692.photobucket.com/albums/vv287/josephsbs/Pengerang%20Trip%20Nov%202009/PengerangTrip_Nov2009.jpg?t=1285293729

+ breakfast at Perling

+ Jason Bay

+ Sungei Renggit lunch at Good Luck

+ Se Yuan Bakery (freshly baked SGT cookies)

+ Sungei Renggit Ostrich farm visit (hope its open on Sun)

+ Bukit Indah

start the morning with breakfast at Perling which is along the way. then a leisurely 2hrs ride up to Jason Bay at the east coast of M'sia, north of Desaru. enjoy a few moments of breeze, photo session and rest for our butts.

http://www.ulfp.com/ulfp/mod_page/view.asp?ID=15

tide level is forecasted to be going down, near midway towards low at 1pm so still can take some nice pics of beach. followed by a 1hr coastal ride down to Sungei Renggit aka 四湾岛 (Pengarang), passing desaru on the way down south. the trunk road down is rather nice but don't get carried away by the sea view, do look out for a few wok sized craters (some have been patched up during our last visit but do expect new ones) :p

12+pm = LUNCH!!! lets have different styles of lobsters at Good Luck... deep fried is a must, stir fry with cheeze or braised with sauce. estimated damage? 10 of us paid about Rm80 (approx. S$35) each during the last trip. we shall decide what to do next while waiting for the lobsters to "crawl" up our table.

after lunch, we'll walk/bike over to the famous Se Yuan Bakery for some SGT cookie shopping, then to the Ostrich farm 5mins ride away (instead of visiting Tg Pengelih jetty like we did last round). finally, its back to Jusco at Bt Indah for some nice cool A&W root beer float or plus dinner before returning to sinkapor

return to sinkapor should be via 2nd link, but depends on concensus. my personal preference is to return via 2nd link especially after the smoky-scratchy experience, even though causeway would be very much nearer to my CCK home. in any case, riders are free to go OTOT after the makan

Expect some suntanning.

A light jacket or long sleeve shirt would be good.

Leave some room in storage for nice cookies/shopping.

Also an extra set of clothing just in case...

Who wanna skinny dip can do so.

We'll just take a few xxx pics for stomp.

Hi guys.. i need ur help.. any recommand shop to buy silverwing??

kmkoon, buying a bike is like buying vege in the market. you go orchard they sell cai sim, you go to chinatown they also sell cai sim.

Sometime price abit different or maybe abit more expensive. But over there, most of the customers have no complains about the price or the vege and i think that is very important.

Somewhere might be cheaper but the variation in price for silverwing can be from 15500 to 16500. (some even higher) Some have 4% interest but higher machine price, some have 5% interest but lower machine price.

As long you feel is ok just go for it.

I have ordered mine from the shop that i recommended you. But my suggestion is to go out and ask the shops their rates yourself lor. Cos seriously after you buy your silverwing and riding for 2 years, you probably won't be so eng to keep following the market price for all the shops in SG. All you will know is aga aga how much only.

lol
