Easy..Wow so many screws to dismantle...Maybe can get battery powered drill to help with the dismantling...

so many things to do. how nice if I have my own garage...

a. brake system: steel braided brake hose, service brake calipers, and change to wave-type brake disc + change brake pads and bleed brake fluid

b. leg deflectors

c. exhaust headers wrap (I think headers should be enough)

d. re-wire the horns for direct 12V connection to battery

Currently my plug colour is blk, which shld be too rich.. Will do the sync again.

Btw I noticed the firing part which is the tip of my iridium plug is blunt.. Is it normal? I only use for less than 6000km. Is it something wrong?

Your description of your plug sound like it overheated...usually over rich condition dont overheat the plugs. If you are asking people to help you to tune, I guess normal plugs will do...Why, is cheaper and its tip are larger than iridium... So easier to get the correct color and dump it...

For a start get the tuning right first. It might be an isolated case of lousy plugs...

Denso's use of a 0.4mm Iridium tipped centre electrode might be weaker than NGK 0.6mm Iridium tipped centre electrode in a less than ideal condition. My opinion only...

Toyota's owner's manual recommends “Toyota Super Long Life Coolant” or similar high quality ethylene glycol based non-silicate, non-amine, non-nitrite and non-borate coolant with long-life hybrid organic acid technology.

Guess it's implied their Super Long Life Coolant does not contain silicate :cheeky:

ok thankx then juz attach to the screws next to the control switch correct?

Must have a spacer in between so that you don't break the bottle cage when trying to tighten the perch. Will post the pic when I get back.

Btw guys, for the colour of the plugs be it too rich or lean can be seen right after the sync? Or do I need to ride it for awhile / a period then I can only see the actual colour of it?

you have to ride it over a while, else there's nothing much to see unless air/fuel mix is way off.

for SW, FI is controlled by ECU so we usually tweak using the air-screws (vacuum levels). commonly used settings are around 1.5 to 2 turns out from fully closed.
