btw guys, where can i get good, lastly and reliable that are hard to round types of Alan keys which came in larger in diameter size that can remove the pair of side soild metal pillon footrest cover.

The stronger tools are made of vanadium-steel alloy. IMO, if your screw / nut is really stuck, using a strong tool will damage the nut instead of the tool.

The proper way I learned from scoobydoo is to spray some WD40 on the threads and let it soak. Then place the tool (in this case, the shorter part of the L) and use a hammer to hammer in (not turn the screw but hammer in a few times). Then turn the Allen key and it should be able to come off.

The footrest cover uses 8mm hex. Just get a $2.30 10-pcs Allen key set from NTUC Home Proud brand.

Anyone ever upsize the front wheel brake disc from 256mm to 276mm?

From Spec:-

For model 2001-2007 original size is 256mm

for model 2008 and above original size is 276mm.

Guys, anyone know what is the rotor size for Honda FJS 400 front rotor? 256mm or 276mm??

Also visited the Jusco. Wanted watch movie but next show starts at midnight. Too bad.

Tmr go timsum at 8am. Hopefully not crowded.

Moving off from Ipoh at 10.30am. Will reach Genting by 1pm latest. Early check in then OTOT.

In fact the rotor I ordered has arrived. It measure 276mm which I thought can be used on my SW. When I compared to original rotor it was slightly bigger...

btw sad liao, today my charging voltage dropped from 14.5 to 14.1 liao :( something bad seems to be coming! arh....

Wah, if can use that engine oil on our ride I dont mind change every 1-2k. Sure very shiok one.

My charging voltage is always at 14.1. My ex owner told me he changed a new battery for me. Is 14.1 the norm charging voltage or the battery is dying soon? It's only when I travel at 110-120 km then the charging voltage rise up to about 14.2.

Yes, i've gotten the bleeder and brake fluid ready. But I'm thinking to service the calipers, change the seals and hoses at the same time. That's why haven't proceeded yet.

*home sweet home*

hockie shld b on the tow truck right now.

Tire totally gone at Ayer Keroh. Luckily at RSA, not some ulu middle of nowhere.

Just now took Woodlands checkpoint back. Got new route wor. Alot faster...

Go straight all the way, (dont turn up to Tuas at NSH.), follow road sign that say Woodlands. Theres a new highway that run parallel/above Tebrau.

It go straight to the checkpoint. If wanna pump petrol or wash bike gotta exit left b4 entering the bike lane.
