currently considering between:

 

(a) Singtel 150Mbps + free analogue home line = $49.9/month

(b) M1 100Mbps + free digital home line = $39/month

© M1 100Mbps + free digital home line + Singtel analogue home line = $39+$9.81 = $48.81/month

 

digital home line require the ONT to be on all the time, else phone is off-line. analogue home line runs on power from wall phone sockets, still live even when power failure.

 

any comments/recommendations?

No need singtel line lah. U no need 24hours line if nobody is at home all the time. The free m1 line is good enough for family to call or u call them. Most of your friend will still call your hp.

 

Btw, my 100 starhub good enough for 3 pc to play online game at same time. Download speed dependant on website server, not your subscribed speed.

wonder if the extra $10 is worth paying to singnet for the 150Mbps... really faster?

 

imo, IDA should stop the ISPs from "over selling" their broadband plans.

e.g. singnet's 150Mbps plan promises an assured 15Mbps during peak hours.

what at joke!!! that's like only 10% of the speed plan that the consumer paid for

 

 

i know SW9000 is on singnet starhub, anyone on M1 to comment?

Hello all, just want to check and share smtg here. This month I have sold my SW :cry: even not so willing but still have to let go since it is really under utilization.

 

Today, just remember my insurance has not been cancelled yet, then sent them info and proceed to cancel and get sm refund. Few hours later, received the replied email from Liberty Insurance as below:

My policy still have about 3 month plus remaining but cant get back a single cents of refund based on their rates.... If I'm not wrong, NTUC don't have this kind of T&C which they will refund you the balance based on the remaining policy right? Imaging my comprehensive insurance cost me S$473.37, if divide based on number of month remaining, suppose can get back abt S$118 (S$473.37 *3/12). Any idea?

Hi SW brudders,

Me just purchase an 2008 SW, bring out from shop, happily go home with my new ride, when parking, i notice a loud knocking sound came

from the CVT area, is it normal guys, and the engine fan is also activate... very worried here.. switch off engine, waited for 10 mins turn on the engine still got knocking sound, but the fan is deactivated already..

 

any kind soul can help...
