Remember I was MC at home for 4 months? The 1st month I charged only after the 3rd week for 5 mins. Later 2 months I only managed once a week charge of 5 mins.

As for seat lock... maybe the spring are still new so a bit harder? Or the Seat might be out of alignment to the locks?

my comments in blue ...

1. There are locker latches underneath the seat, sometime there is problem unlocking the latch under the rider seat, while sometime there is problem to lock the latch under pillion seat (need to push very hard to engage the lock).
Is there a technique to lock/unlock the latches? or any shop can fix this? has anyone experience similar locking problem?

that's normal, the spring is still new and hard, should soften abit over time, not a lot though.
tight + hard =

2. Does anyone tried startup the bike after returning from a long holiday (eg. 5~6 days never start bike), any problem with the battery or startup the bike?

a lot depends on the battery's condition, note that SW's batt is maintenance free type:
... when new, 5~6 days is ok
... months to
... >1 year old, risky liow

just how often do you go away for 5~6 days? as often as me... "away" every week
some of us are using lithium batteries which are reported to have low discharge/loss.
e.g. i ride my SW only once a week, sometimes once in 2 weeks... thus decided to invest in a lithium batt that costs $198 (Yuasa YTZ14S costs around $130~$150 depending on shop).
my >1 yr old (bought on 26/08/2013) lithium batt is still delivering 13V when i on the ignition each week, about 12.9V after 2 weeks.

my recommendations:
+ stock battery is new and good (heard that the ones with honda logo is of higher quality but could be rumours too), so no need to upgrade yet, just use it. was quoted >$200 for a YTZ14S with honda logo few years back
+ if money is no issue, can consider changing to lithium batt and sell off the stock battery
+ alternatively, can buy a battery tenderer or charger to charge battery after returning from long trip; SW's batt is very easy to take out
+ if "kiasi" a bit, can consider buying the portable starter; just in case and very useful at times of needs (including helping friends)

I notice the IU is not powered until the key is turn-on. Can i assume that there is a electronic switch to automatically cut-off power supply when the key is turn-off?

like Moke said, depends on where the mech connects the wires... no fix rule
mine is live 24/7 but there're some who prefer it powered only when "switched on" to save batt, even though it draws very little.

Hi guys! Juz an update from my SW performance.

I adjusted e air screws to 1.75 t. Bike felt smoother n the response is there. But my FC remain e same @ 21km/l. Yest i adjusted to 2 turns. Response slightly sluggish but still there. Lets see e FC.

Btw i hav changed to K&N air filter...
