any news about a worth successor to the current divvy? I want a shaft drive bike and there is a drought of such a bike. I want a new or a recent low miles example. For the old ones, maintanence will quickly bring the price to a current model...

you mean Hong Leong cant solve your RPM? Maybe its the cable not adjusted properly during servicing? if engine sounds good, transmission smooth, i think the rpm cable or something not adjusted bah. Try go Mah Motor Agency at Jalan Besar there, Meng Tong / Mah Kin Wah service my bike before, they should be able to diagnose your divy.

Hornet 250 is a good high rev bike but quickly get overheated and the engine cut off especially in singapore traffic jam. tested before....

Bro Oxygen,

Step 1- Disconnect any modification you've done to your bike- there must be some kind of short circuit in the system.e.g revtec

 

step 2- unplug the socket at 'tps' at the side of the carburetor -then "on" the ignition see any difference then start your bike, rev a couple of time.

See any difference in the rpm indication as you said earlier.

tried the OWS engine oil 3 in 1....tested..better throttle response,bike feels lighter and engine more smoother...have to change 2-3 times to feel the difference..u won't regret it!! anitin can call me for more info..

hmmm...you know, the divy is such an excellent bike, and so rare, the OMV on the log card does not reflect the bike's real value in Singapore.
