hi i was wonder how much a diversion cost now ?? jus got my class 2, so was thinking to get a xj900, some question , izzit very hard for a small build guy like mi 170cm and abt 58kg to handle this bike?, and how to differentiate the different between xj900s and xj900p?

Hi an_jing3, for ur height 170 shouldn't be a problem. The cost for a Divvy depend also on the year left, mileage and how the previous owner take care.

Damn, last time check they r not bringing em in. Miss the BT090 rear grip though. Btw $180 is cheap bro. Go slow on the rear brakes during these days , a minor slip on metal gratings/white lines is enuf to make 1 of my balls shrink. Happy cornering!

I only changed my rear to BT020 as my front BT090 is still in good condition. Well, for the front, the maneuvering of handlebar wise is responsive due to the high profile of BT090 and I find it easy to "swipe" the bike instantenously with tyre pressure of 270psi.

 

For the rear, I have to slightly bring the bike down with constant weight balance when entering a corner. Unlike the BT090, once u engage in the nice gears and speed , entering the corner with that front & rear set of BT090 will do much of the work effortlessly.

 

Often on e road, I am riding a touring bike with race cornering style. Some may misintepret but the bike is darn heavy to bring down. It is recommended to use the same profile type for the front and rear if possible. However, I dun really regret getting that BT020 cos I feel confident on wet roads and with tyre pressure of 290 to 310 psi, things can be adjusted accordingly. And it last longer than the BT090

I have a Haynes Service & Repair Manual for XJ900S Diversion.

This is a photocopy manual, all pages with pictures are very cleared & readible (black & white). The whole book look brand new. I have only 1 book.
