Went there with x1 again. 5 salesman walking donnoe do wad only 3mechanic avail. Only talk to big bikes came after me.feel shitty again. Another time Went there with rsv4 come come.see see and ask. And i said nothing thank u. Felt so demoralise. Whats so.unique?

I tink its standard for them... they usually only entertain big bikes... Small bike have to wait....

 

Last time when they were at the 1st floor seem better, once reach have somebody come attend to u and pass u cold mineral water....

 

Nowadays, reach there, walk around looking at EO for 15 mins and nobody attend to me or pass me anything, and this occur 2 times when i went back.... But when big bike reach they immediately go attend..

 

But like their price transparency tot, at least u noe u won get chop?

dont wanna say much. just want to advise your to seek other options if the mech there say this or that part spoil and ask you to change

some shop with their expertise reccommendations go to the extreme.....watch out.

im like a ghost there nobody even realize i was even there till i approach 1 of them. My bike wan to change eo ask to wait outside. Superfour straight away can go in and park change tyre. Wtf. Dun tell me must do appointment lei. Dissapointed AGAIN.

 

 

In e end u got e choice, so even if mech recommend to change tis n that if its not necessary than its up to u to decide...

 

If we small bikes are lucky enuff

The mech will advise or else they are like not making money with small bike and heckcare. Unique must be reading this. Yeah this is the second time i went there and encounter such things again. Already feedback to u guys before. Their accrs price not much different from motoworld.

Once went there to do a 500$+ Full service on my Superfour Spec 3.. EO, plugs, battery, alternator oil/air filter, coolant and grounding... A short/fat malaysian mechanic was so rough on my bike, the tools he was holding jus scratch here and there when he was un screwing... In the end found alot of scratches on my frame! If u wana go to YOU NIQUE, go at ur own risk!!

so far my experience with the tohguan branch has been okay. park ur bike near the shelter, try make eye contact wif the sales personnel, smile politely n they shud come to u pretty soon.. been there about 10-15 times over the past 2 years...

Well atleast he touch your bike. I wanna overhaul my bike he die die say my bike nothing wrong. I went there coz the package for racing block is transparent. 4 shop says my bike jialat oredi. The very you NIQUE SAYS still ok. He can know every thing by hearing my bike electric start power.

haha, sorry to confuse people but when I say won chop is saying because they list their price direct on their webpage or on the shelves, so u don get diff price quote becoz of diff face.... But i have to agree the mech always recommend me do things which i tink is not neccesary...

Yea, disappointed ever since they move to the level 2 area, last time still quite gd when they are building reputation...

I tink most mech is like that, coz in the end is not their bike, so will abit anyhow... for me i went diff mech but once a while still will get scratches on my fairing and tank becoz of them but no choice also ma....

When u say shelter i tink u meant when they were still at level one right?? Now they at level 2 in the enterprise hub building alr... Diff altitude alr, wonder y..

i had bad experience with unique too. For me i go to a trusted shop in JB, everything well done.

was charged 5 bucks for a signal lamp bulb. then i went to another motorshop nearby to change another bulb since they don't have the stock. 1 buck only...

 

5 bucks ah.....planet motors only charge 1 buck.

 

but i'm not complaining. just letting others know. I knew the price and paid for it since i don't have time to go look for ah chong.
