hey peeps...

dunno bout u all but my friend sent his DRZ to a "FAMOUS Stickers Shop" in SG to do a full decal....

took them fews days just to decal the bike... (Bad enuff)

and worst was his Yoshi CDI got swapped with a Stock one.....

found out and lucky his motorshop and the "FAMOUS Stickers Shop" got connections so can took it back.......

just FYI and beware....

 

and some help here!!!

Anyway for yr foot rest, u can check out the price at Auto Machinery 62929452 location 41 Rowell Road for all stock parts...

er besides searching for it in singapore, i know malaysia does carry alot of those thick types ....

Have anyone tried the servicing package at Unique? I am going to do my first servicing next weekend. Any feedback especially with the OWS treatments below? I am going to consider changing to Maxima Cool-Aide instead of Engine Ice since I have received good feedbacks.

Hi everyone,any r106 riders here?my bike have some continuous clicking sound,anyone experience it before?

When u pump ur bike at high gear low speed.there is this clattering sound like cannot keep up with the speed change.laggy feel,isit normal?will doing valve clearance help with this laggy and clattering sound?it's starting to annoy me recently,only have this problem when high gear low speed den suddenly wanna up speed den got this lagging and loud clattering sound.anyone knows what I'm talking about?pls advise.thanx

well even though i am not riding an 06 model, but my guess is that its either timing chain loose, valve clearance needs adjustment or cam also needs adjustment liao

why no 1 wan to help me??

my 08 will suddenly just die engine when i clutch in...

not all the time but some times like when i exit the expressway... 1st traffic light i stop will engine die... and hard to start back unless i turn my key off and on the bike again den start den can...

Same problem i faced for quite some time...

i bought a stock r1 2008 it has no problems watsoever but after installing akrapovic end cans, y pipe, pc3 and ignition module i faced the same problem as u.

Decided to change a few things after that,

1. battery

problem didnt go away

2. tighten the clutch / lossen it as some r1 riders in us forums states the problem may be due to the positioning of clutch. seems to help slightly

3. changed the tps >.>

problem stayed.

4. reinstalled the o2 sensor but since putting power commander requised you to remove the o2 sensor from the y pipe, i got the mech to just connect the o2 sensor and leave it in a bag to be hidden at the side of the fairings. [since pc3 for r1 does not have an o2 sensor eliminator the port in which it goes in is just left empty after removing the o2 sensor]

 

so far so good rode 1 whole day without the stalling problem. and rode in gear 1 under massive traffic jam at ecp without any stalling [thank god]

to me i really think the o2 sensor has a part to play in causing the bike to stall at low rpms >.>

 

anyone with any inputs pls do contribute aite
