Broz, anyone has any recommendation on aftermarket rear shocks? Also anyone used them before and feedback?

Thanks.

Thanks.

im using bitubo shocks..got them for 550 from a mass order last jun....it got both preload n rebound adjustable....e preload is variable that is u use a metric ruler to adjust it exactly on both sides...e person who sold it to me was quite good at gaugin me n w my pillion..both of us combine is like 180kg...n i dont feel that see saw feeling...maybe coz its new?...also i dont feel thrown off even over humps..i jus recently installed wing rack...e feeling is still e same though....one advantage of these shocks is tt most ppple see it tot its some cheap shock coz e gas canister is internal.....if im not mistaken e normal price is 780 i tink..but for me its worth it.....hopefully this helps

I ride at 70km/hr only...please please dont blow2 at me or overtake me dangerously....wait i change into Incredible Hulk n dont know why my little baby bike will always be ahead of u if u do that

The tac tac sound come from the timing chain. After a while the sound will go off cos engine is cold.If the sound persist after 10 mins of riding, then I think is time for u to change the timing chain already.Hope this will help.

Is there any mototiam around that I can see a range of reputable shocks on sale? I went to B-Plus recently and there is a new model from Gaz-I that is specially meant for 400cc bikes. Cost $200 and I don't know whether isit reall feasible to use on our bikes.

Alo NON-VTEC Bros!

Long time me no post.

first,

They said change engine oil every 5000km. Then my fren said change every 8000km. dunno which one is true. but thats not the case coz I think I will change every 5000km.

But now ah, I just change my engine oil at 55000km. then only at 56270km, the engine oil like very little. dunno why. I check ah, its only at the tip only.

I'm using QUAKE SemiSyn 3 btls.

Is it because the piston has problem?

AFter putting belly pan, I realized my bike vibrate alot. also not too sure.

hmm well...the GAZI shocks are made in Thailand and mostly used for small bikes..they are not meant for big bikes...but that doesnt mean cannot use at all...can fix but not too good on the long run....its the same as taking a wave's suspension and fitting it on a super 4...can fix but not too good...the mechanics in Thailand told me that they do not recommend these shocks for big bikes...can check the website also...

I was wondering what if someone sabotage by throwing small object into our end can(small stones or objects)? Will it have funny noises? there's no way we can remove it once it's thrown in right?(other than dismantle the whole exhaust)

Ver S also can fix the fairing. It is not very recommended to fix the fairing. It will make ur bike temp go up faster and add on a little weight.Hope u will think twice before fixing it. :cheeky:

bros sometimes u gotta be very careful when buying a version s.In March 2006 when i passed my 2a i was happy as hell 4 days later i bought a beautiful version s. very powerful sounded like a cbr i thing the exaust modified or tampered.

The the nightmare bagan,3 weeks ago i was riding to jb suddenly my back wheel locked i was going at 140 and didnt know what to do then suddenly it was free again got a tow truck send it to bike shop mechanic said this, what happened was your piston jammed and the speed i was going at the conrod couldnt take it and it broke from the piston spinned a few rounds in the engine and destroyed everything inside.Mycrank shaft also gone engine serial number also gone from outside can see holes which the conrod pierced through the engine oil leaked out and i bought it for 3k the plate was fq suddenly my heart was so painful when i heard the repair cost it was more than 5k.so i decided to scrap and bought a v tec 1.

THE THINGS YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER DO TO YOUR SUPER 4

DO NOT CHANGE CHEAP OIL FILTER

DO NOT CHANGE GEAR TOO FAST LIKE TREATING IT AS A 2 STROKE BIKE

DO NOT PLAY WITH YOU FUEL SWITCH EITHER PUT IT ON,OFF OR RESERVE DONT BE LIKE ME I PUT IN BETWEEN ON AND OFF THEN THE AIR AND FUEL MIXTURE NOT RIGHT

AND LASTLY DO NOT BACKFIRE YOUR ENGINE I DARE SAY I THINK I BACKFIRED LIKE MORE THAN 100 TIMES IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS!

THERE ARE ONLY A FEW PEOPLE THAT BUANG A S4 ENGINE AND IM ONE OF THEM!!!

GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

reset by turning e screw beside e speedo cover.....

maintenance else depend on ur style..... standard maintenance: change EO n filter, spark plug n regular lub e chain should b sufficient.

renewal price for COE varies.... depend on when i renew.
