Some update: Just now i charge my battery for around 2 hours and then fix on the bike.Aafter fixing the battery, problem gone liao.

1) Bike can start and wont die off liao, but the qns is if the battery flat, will it caused the bike to die off?

 

 

Anyone have another qns, to change spark plug, do we need special tools to screw in the plug. How to ensure that it wont over tighten?

Anyone can help me and give me some advice. There are two problem.Today when I ride my S4 VS,when I was in 2 nd gear,the bike suddenly die off. When I try to start, there was no cranking sound So I thought maybe the battery flat. I push start the bike n manage to start but when I release the throttle,the bike die again. This happen for 2 times. Till now it is still the same.

 

Anyone encounters this problem before? Pls help. Many thanks.

Internal gasket. Old VerS/R are known to blow at that area. I had mine overhauled. Once done can last you long time, unless the mech doing it sucks/dishonest.

 

hw much you change it?....mine still gt a week shop warranty...if price is affordable i will jus change it myself if nt thick sking abit go shop change for me lerr

This is only temperory..it would die soon again IF ur battery has reach its life span or magneto coil or rectifier or its connector got problem. My advise is to check ur charging level now...should read 13.5 to 14.2 volt DC.

Bro if got warranty then use it to the fullest la. It's internal meaning have to open up your engine.

If the charging voltage is not right...check the rectifier connector first for brownish burn marks cost by high current. take out the connect and look front in from the opening..if black and brownish..have it replace. Most shop won't tell u this and say rectifier or coil problem.

recently when i try to start bike, at some times the first press does not start..no sound.. nothing happens..second press it starts and ride as normal...i also feel power a little less at 1st,2nd and 3rd gears...what could be issue??

Hey guys, anyone of you have experience before that you have to turn ur key to a certain angle before the current comes? It feels like your key port is loose or there is some loose connections somewhere. Any idea how can it be solved? Or must i change the whole key ignition set?

It happen to my bike bro, after a while i cant start my bike at all due to loose connection, cchange to new set of ignition ard 160 at planet motor

Happy CNY to everyone..

 

Ah Pek got a question for ya. My fuel gauge don't really indicate the level correctly . Is ther a way to rectified it? Or it's a wear n tear that I have to live with it? Also where a good location to change tyres?

Hi anyone know if Project big exhuast is direct fit into our Ver S??

 

Some minor alignment at the header entrance to the engine block might be needed. Best to check with Seng Kwang.
