Thanks for the reply!

Thai Amulets do not produce instant miracles. Wear it with faiths and a good heart. Eventually you will see the effect.

Im letting go some of my thai amulets which I had collected throughout the years when I go to Thailand. Do PM me if you are looking for something which u cant find in my post, I might have it. Thanks :)

Hi all..may i know what is the symptom if rectifire for revo not function well

Sent from my ASUS_T00J using Tapatalk

Your battery newly installed one or old would soon runs FLAT and you can't start your bike. The symptom for your weak battery by them is that u have a double sweep from your meter. To check your charging voltage, u would need a multivolt meter..NOT those "KOSO" gad

get type of voltmeter some ppl installed on their bikes. Better still.a "Battery Anlyser" test meter.

Try changing to a better eo from your current ones...looks like it's due to lost of engine compression bekuz of excessive wear and tear on frictional metal surfaces of your engine block internal cylinder walls. There is a solution though by rebuilding the cylinder wall wear and tear via "Thermal Coating" for a fraction of a major overhaul costing $2k-$3k..bike feels and perform like new and you save on fuel and get more mileage. Need help can PM me.

Looking for upgrading to 2A and so far my budget only could effort version s/ pb1 or max spec 1.

But consider extremely high coe and thinking to get more coe available bike.

PB1 or version S, which one to choose or better.

PB1 has any street legal exhaust ( I personally do not like PB1 exhaust ).

Nearly 20 years old and afraid though!!. :pity:

All bike same same lah Vtec or non Vtec if previous owner don't take care. Just choose a good one that is properly taken care off and with a reliable engine for more long years to ride. Even a bike ten years only doesn't mean it's better than a almost 20 yrs bike.

Buy old bike

Straight go find ah pek for a full... N I mean really full servicing..... (dont even think of cutting any short cuts here)

Better to spend abit more then to change a new top block... (Usually that's the case with vtec and below models)

Anyways for super4

Till date the bhp still the same... Just technology different

Past to present rides

Honda nsr sp 150 pro arm

Honda super4 ver s - yamaha rxz 135

Honda cbr 600 rr

Suzuki hayabusa 1300 - yamaha cygnus 125 - yamaha lc135 spark

Aprilia sr max 300 I.e

Sir Ah Pek, I think you are mention to me rather than werdna :D

I'm wating for 2A TP test on April and thanks for the info. I will definitely get advice here once ready to buy.

Like the fact that spending full overhaul though. It seems changing top block is the worst part? How much around will that be..

Best of luck to ur 2A soon. Remember that most new owners to be of Calss 2A tend to get over excited of getting their 'new' 2nd machine..and mostly get caught in a salemen talk. Just take ur time and look around carefully before buying a unwell maintained bike that one regrets or end up spending more. There are good old ones around..just the right timing and patient which can save u in $ks.

If the block is cracked and leaking..the sellers would know how to make it "NOT OBVIOUS" with somehow. Changing to a secondhand one would be easily $1.6k these days without guarantee and a new block would set you back at least 2k+ inclusive labor which can come close to 3K. Once you in the process of replacing the blocks..there are many thing that you would likely do along the way..that escalate the cost. Remember that changing a 2nd hand block does not give you the "WOW" factor..your old pistons and rings set may not match and compression is always and issue. If it comes with the original set of pistons and rings as a assembly..u get better matching and performance thereafter also depens on the wear and tear of that set of assembly.

I suggest this not to be done UNLESS NECESSARY..there is a cheaper way and that's by rebuilding your block to get better compression and performance at a MUCH CHEAPER cost wityhout having to change anything..especially for an old to very old bike.

Hi all,

I won't like to know the difference of a normal version s and 50th anniversary edition. What are the major differences and is there anyway to buy special parts on a 50th anniversary edition?

You "would" you meant? Basically no difference in performance and parts..same same but it has a bitomo brake caliper and a 50th anniversary badge and comes in white tank and a red stripe paint work on the tank..that's all I can remember. Parts wise..same same.

If memory serve me well..the meters are all identical. Not sure what you meant by "modify"..as there are nothing to modify unless you want it to look colour scheme wise and for the brake calipers which I find it does make the bike any better in performance. If looks are what u going for..guess it's ok but for parts?..what parts that u can't find? If you want new bike feel and performance and save fuel..pm me or sms me for assistance at 90670020.
