Earlier today i tried to remove my windshield to replace it but after i unscrew the 2 screws holding it, i tried to remove the rubber thingy in the hole to no avail.. Damn tight la.. Anyone got any idea how to remove that rubber or did i miss out anything else?? im riding gen 2 btw..

Try spraying WD40 on the rubber or anything that is greasy. Will help a lot.

Abit of WD40 helps...the trick is to "fold" the flat side of the rubber in (towards the direction of your tank)..

The challenge is to put the rubber back in....you have to screw in the bolt into the rubber first than push the rubber in than remove the bolt than install the wind shield...haha...hope all this make sense...

After a gd 1/2 hr dat rubber thingy finally came off.. haha.. wd40 do work wonders i must say.. thanks for all the tips guyz.. dats y i luv singaporebikes.com so much.. so many helpful ppl!! :thumb:

Aldy Hotel is nice. parking at private area.. walking distance to Mahkota Parade

OR

Mimosa Hotel . parking infront of the Main Lobby.

any of you guys know where I can get those air scoop extentions at the front for Gen 1

cant seem to find online and shops dont seem to have...

anyone know where i can get a set or anyone selling?
