Charging into corners, the soft front will take the abuse well. exiting corner, the harder rear means u must be careful when u buka(momentum breaking if u get wad I mean  )….this are my encounters at PG…….

And we might not know how the different models handles, afterall the manufacturers spent $$ on R&D them as a pair

Going for overseas attachment?

I only know,

1) Disconnect battery. But then given a 1 yr period of no usage, I think your battery will be a goner as well. Unless someone help to charge the battery once in a while.

2) Change to a new engine oil. Mainly is to remove any possible moisture inside the oil sump. Some even suggest pour a tea spoon of oil into the cylinder through the spark plug oil as well. I think optional.

3) Pump full tank. Mainly is to provide rust inside the fuel tank. But take note, the petrol should be spoilt by the time you come back. And mositure should already be settled at the bottom. Need to drain out the petrol and mositure and change to a new petrol before starting.

But why need to clutch in clutch lever? Please enlighten me.

Warming up is more to make sure the oil is ciculating inside the engine, lubing all the neccassary mechanism. After prolong non-usage, all oil & lubricant will flow downwards due to gravity. Warming up also ensure all moving mechanism stays movable and not stuck.

Even prolong non-usage is bad for the tire and suspension. But 1 yr odd shouldn't have much impact bah.

Because you are too busy and likes to change timings and dates at the very last moment, now you know.

Everybody have a history and had to start from scratch somewhere, and regarding questions and facing problems calling you that's old school history.Apparently you are still stuck in the past, time to move on:lol:

A better solution. Add Mr Nok97 as your sub-rider. He will warm up your bike nice nice throughout this 1.5 years.

You can also rest assure that your Falcon will be in the good hands of Mr Nok97 - one the few Falcon Grand Masters.
