Chiap Lee did the "right" thing here. As the agent, they cannot undercut their retailers. If they did, the retailers would be unhappy and would stop selling/recommending their products. I hope you can figure the rest of the things that might follow....

well, if chiap lee sell his box same price to everyone, than i have nothing to say, but, chiap lee quoted me 300 for givi 45 but gilgalad can get it at 240. :nono:

so is it right for chiap lee to quote different price for different people? i dont think so man....

saw your previous post where you state the price of E45 is $150. that's almost 2 kappa boxes. i won't be using the side boxes often. only for trips up north. don't want to spend too much. as long as it won't burst open or let in water.

Hi guys,

I am looking for all the available brands of side box available....or it's rack/holder/brackets..

Here is what I am looking for:

I intend to install side-box onto my future XJR, but I want it to be removable and the rack/bracket fix on the bike must be those frameline type...which means, it will not spolit the looks of XJR when I remove the boxes when I dun need them, but can fix the boxes up anytime I need them to be on.

I have saw before on class 2 bikes, whereby the frame/bracket for the side boxes is juz those pipes/tubes...no big metal plate and thus, still looks cool when the boxes are taken off.

Any recommendation?

dun know about other brands but for givi, there 2 types of racks. the PL series or wingrack. you can go to chiap lee and ask them for the brochure. btw, the PL is much cheaper than wingrack
