[Discussion] What do you do when it rains?

i agree that its the worst time to speed during rain... if u wanna push ur bike to the limit, i think its better to go to a regular race track.

 

To those who voted to wait for the rain to stop, what if the rain shows no sign of stopping,i.e. raining overnight, wad r u guys gonna do?

normally if rain is too heavy..i'll juz stop..haha no sign stoping...i'll carry on riding..sometimes forgot to bring raincoat..

painful and torture..

especially rainy seasons..can rain whole day..at night cant see clearly also..

Haiz... skidded and fell today when it rained.... e-braked and fish-tailed like hell, luckily just some scratches on my baby and my elbow.

cause when rain...my bike brake like no feel...press all the way liao..bike still going..haiz.. (only happen on raining day)

if rain..i only go to speed of max 60km/h then keep left lo..

for phantom ya...brake not much effect. Which is why I hate being caught out in the rain when I'm on the phantom...the position machiam kite waiting to collect all the rain...cannot hide cannot do anything...

i only have 1 set of raingear, if i m alone and for long journey, i will bring it along incase rain, but if i m sending my girl, i will hide somewhere to hide and wait for the rain stop... riding in rain is very dangerous..

One important item beside the rain coat is slipper.

 

I do remembered I used to think wear slipper quite "uncle". But after a few times caught in the rain and act hero.. I realised that I dont have enough dry shoes to wear.

If that happen before I begin my ride, I will wait ....

If it rains before i went out,

 

Small rain, just go, dun wear raincoat.

 

Big / Medium rain, wear raincoat then go.

 

Very heavy rain, wait for it to stop or cancel or take public transport loh...

 

There was once where it suddenly poured, i was on the expressway and had a hard time looking for bridges, by the time i found one, i was drenched. So i just continued lor...
