when warmed, rpm is ard 1.4-1.6 but the needle very unstable. when cold, rpm is ard 1 so when start engine that time, the bike is like choking (petrol doesn't move smoothly) and keep on die off until i rev and rev it.

my fc still quite alright, 24km/L.

i dun understand the timing mean? = higher wear and tear>?

 

Bro, just wanna noe or any bros out there noe what is e standard FC fer spec 3?

Depends on each bike. Some can get 350km, some 300km. As for me only 260km.

 

Try to pump full tank and see how much Km you clocked before the meter starts dancing.

I tried full tank (18liters) clocked 200-210km mileage

 

thats the maximum for me (V-tec opened once I exit gas station) enroute to Krabi

 

In singapore, i maintain RMP at 6-7. the mileage i have is around 300km (full tank)

 

: ) ride slow, consume lower. Ride fast. consume higher

Hi bros, if my bike very difficult to start, issit because of carburator? cuz battery, spark plug juz change.. got cranking sound but cant seem to fire up the engine.. have to push start always..

Probably due to your starter carbon. Try knock knock abit. Or else, put in gear 2, reverse start (instead of push forward start). You will hear some crank sound after you release the clutch. After that return to neutral gear, you try start your bike like normal. (Courtesy of Ah Pek guidance). Hope this helps.

Wow you already changed quite alot but yet problem still persists yeah?

 

I'm sure there must be some electrical fault somewhere...

yup, juz now go mechanic and he show me my bike no spark to fire up the engine.. sian ah must leave bike at bike shop so he can check throughtly..

Hi Bros... I had a slow stationary drop just now to the left side....Any damage or anything I shud look out for in terms of carburetor setting or balancing?... I start bike, seems like alright.

for those having bad FC for bike , try this method .

 

my bike used to have 280 full tank , i find it so weird because the consumption is really bad .

 

i change my spark plug to ilitium , and tune my carburetor at republic motor . carburetor tuning cost $60-70 , spark plug less then 50 ( if i remember correctly ) .

 

turn out my full tank can go 380 on petronas 98 or 95 . very good and power improve . this might be one of the problem u guys can inspect on .
