Anybody has problem with stray cat dirtying the bike.

Everyday after parking my bike I will cover it. The next morning has cat paw marks all over, bike seat also got scratches.. Initially spotted only 1 cat using my bike, now saw the cat bring partner....

anybody can advise on how to prevent cats sharing the bike..?

happened to me before.

your bike cover very big type? will drape to the ground?

what i usually do is i cover the bike then make sure the parts draping to the ground, i fold it and stuff it under the fender or something so that none of the cover is touching the ground. Usually the cat doesn't sleep under my bike cause theres no shelter.

or

you can put the ointment around your bike. they hate the smell. those you see in small clear bottle for giddy or stomachache kind.

heard that cats also don't like lemon or citrus smell.

my bike also get cats paw prints and fur occasionally. think its not a big deal, so long as they don't pee or spray on my bike. do u know if the 2 cats are sterilized?

my bike also got the same problem. i cover my bike the cat go inside and sleep and scratch the cover so i got fed up and didnt cover after that and then still got the same problem with the same cat. so in the end i bought dettol and everytime after i park and pour some of it near my bike. my neighbour who is also a rider told me that he also had the same problem and he use soap power like fab total and vanish etc.

Strap a dog to your bike. Should deter the cats from coming.

i think now is the era where cats chase dogs away.

if medicated oil don't work, daiso sells this carpet thing with like small pikes or spikes on it. you can just lay it on the seat to see if it works.

1) Buy a custom made cover with a pull string, no cats will be able to squeeze through.

2) Used those pet repellant spray instead of "hong yew"

3) Cover the bike, strap a tin rope or spongy in over the middle of the bike making it difficult for the cat to get into the bike.

anyway, i miss wildcard.

I had that prob on my S4, I just bought the bicycle rope thing. Covered my bike with cover and use the hook from crashbar to the other side crashbar, it goes over the seat.

I have problem with dogs!

Dog owners/maids like to bring their dog to pee at my bikes’ tire, especially during rainy days when they cannot walk their dog outdoor. I cover all my bikes and the bloody dogs even spray the urine on the bike cover! at the same spot every time! Tiu nia sing…. o_O

I have tried spraying dettol, bleach solution on the floor where I park the bikes, it helps for a while but after the smell wear off, the urine come back again.

I heard about pet repellant spray selling at pet shops, does it work? Long lasting?

If I catch the dog, I will tie a rubber band around its penis and chain it at my bike's wheel for 3 days 3 nights!
