Finally got my front signal lense cover and rear brake/ signal cluster changed to clear version from Clear Alternative Corp. Bike definitely looks sharp and neat.

 

Next year, have only 2 main issues to perform then the bike would be in great shape, but quite costly project. So will save up a little by little and look forward to a wonderful transformation to my BB.

Bought the rear signal from Motoworld. It cost $150 with built in signal inside the brake cluster. The front cost a little more and was hand carried from Japan. If i calculated it right, should be around $168 when i receive my credit card statement.

 

The 3rd picture shows an American owner having his BB front transformed to a Busa front. This will be one of my next year project.

 

I am looking for the below mentioned item:

Original Hayabusa top and bottom triple clamp with the handlebar.

 

If anyone have a friend or shop that has possession of this item, do let me know, of course can be second hand but in good condition. Cheers and have a wonderful festive holiday and fantastic new year ahead.

I would like to thank the guy whom palced my bike key chucked under the seat. i was at appolo karaoke when i only realised that i left my keys on the ignition. i parked beside a black blackbird and a few hayabusa.

jus came back frm another ride. notting tht interesting jus rode up to damansara which is jus after KL, to meet up with a fren over the weekend.

 

Left GP Esso frm fri nite, after seremban turn into the 46km long Eilite highway (E6) which connects to the other half of NSHW, somewhere along Eilite i opened throttle to try my top end didn't have enough balls to max out, all i could managed to catch was my RPM was more than 8.5 don't think i crossed 9 so my guess is i touched 270. So watever the speed was 260+ or 270+ the bike was nicely rooted to the road didn't felt light or or the slightest wobble at all, unlike my previous rides which did not had full fairings.

 

On the way back today weather was gd only rained when i was on SLE. Thank GOd for the gd weather. was rather pretty hot,the water temp remained pretty high occassion wld go up to 101-104 when i slowed down while waiting for slow pokes to give way. Was cruising mostly at abt 150 so couldn't feel much heat on the move. consumption i got abt 18km/l only hit reserve at 350 when i reached JB town. 352km for 19.5L.

webby didnt state what collant they have.. bty my temp shoot up to max this afternoon when riding to jb.. main tank no more collant, rev tank almost finish..came out go straight to yishun bike shop flush my collant.. change to motul brand. $10.50 each bottle. BB needs 3 bottles.

How often do u do flushing of collant? Hav u heard of Water Wetter? Its only $20 n u use a fraction of it with DI water..But I haven tried it though:angel:

you can just pop by anybike shop and get them to quote... i did mine for about $200plus... the whole right fairing...but now...its scratch again..*sigh*

I drop by HKL a few days ago n they quote me $90 for the fairing n $30 for the side mirror too... Wat u guys tink??
