Hmmm... my bike is in miles...

 

i can ride till 167miles (approx 200+kms).. still got one last box.. havent blink yet.

 

my style

-rev till 3.5k chg gear.

-cruise 100~120max in sg.

 

petrol run on friday. (msia)

-rev till 4~4.5k before chg gear.

-cruise from 140 ~ 200+++

 

i guess is my bike's age? mine is 2004 model... and i do take care of my bike.. and washing dont zhua water all over... esp the electricals... they tend to display their greviences by blinking your FI light.. i guess i am one of the heng people who took over the bike from a vvv caring ex owner...

 

and also, dont frget to chg your bike's engine oil frequently... preventive maintenance also...

hi bro...if i were u i juz let go of the wave and keep the bb rather than u pay for another bike might as well u renew...but now not cheap around 2.5k...i juz asked today at i-motoring...they take my bike 6k...same model as urs and coe oso end the same...i might be letting it go too but after my installment clear and coe renewed..may get around 7 to 8k i guess....as i still not "finish" with it..hehe

I-motoring at bkt merah? $6k if we sell off or trade-in n get another bike frm them? I tinking of gettin fz16 or rxz or gilera or duke m400 LOL

Best is to reset ur ecm first, then after that see how, if Fi still blinking(follow error code) then retrify it, if 25 blinks appear, comfirm ECM kapput liow...!

 

Honda damm *******, giving 5yrs warranty on ECM from a brand new bike, after that period, we need to save up for the ECM, and all that i know mostly after 6yrs and above, the ECM kapput liow....!

Send ur injectors for cleaning, after that retune ur air/fuel again....!

348 still ok bro...its around there...it also depends on wat petrol u use and how u ride...try doing 90 to 100 on expwy...den on main road keep rpm max 3k...thats how i do...but once a while must blast uh especially on 4th...hehe...u might wanna do like wat bluewitch say send to the ASNU test....am i right bluewitch?

For asnu test it can be done at racewerkz...not sure about pricing...need to call them up..bb's fuel consumption for city riding is about 15km/l...on NSHW it can go to 10km/l...btw i'm on pc3 and aftermarket cans...

Hi guys....By the end of this month, my BB will be hospitalise...hehehe...Doing full overhaul due to con-rod problem, price quoted at 3K....Is that expensive?

Really looking forward for his recovery...

One more question for the guru's.....knock sensor is for detecting knocking sound, am I right? Is it possible for my BB to eliminate that annoying FI light after his overhaul???

Is there any chance??? if not, gonna save for new ECU next......JIWAKU UTK BLACKBIRD!!!!!!!

Best suggestion i can give, sell ur BB, and get another one....!

 

Full overhaul $3k+ ECU $1k

 

total u need to spend almost $4k+...

Subjective issue,if u love ur bike,do wats necessary.Getting a new 2nd hand bike without any hiccups is a stab in the dark.

New overhauled engine,

new ecm

new coe

last for another 10 yrs...and wats more,its ur pride n joy.

tail section...the ECM compartment...theres a connector with 3 lobang....bridge a wire from center then to either left or right lobang...on the ignition u shud see that the FI light is blinking the fault code...so then u count la how many...the result is the FI light will blink all the way and the ECM is reset...i think the thread has all the info about the ECM...i cant remember which page...shub be 22+ i guess

I find it difficult to maintain at 90-100kmph. Not saying that i,m a speed demon but I've tried but usually end up a cruising btw 110 - 130kmph. Recently spotted TP on top of a bridge along TPE. I just finished from night shift and cruising back home. When i spotted e TP, i noticed my speedometer speed was abt e above mentioned cruising speed. Now hoping for not to receive any summon.

Depends on the TP Bro. I once ride along TPE/SLE @ 95-100km/h on the way back home wen a TP ride bside me, open up his visor and told me, "Brudder, nie moto 1100cc, bukan 110cc!! Lari lebih skit lah.... (Brother, this bike is 1100cc, not 110cc!! so faster abit)" then he gimme a smile n wave for me to go faster. Lol!! I was like, WTF?? I speed kana summon, dun speed kana 'sound'...... but I sincerely hope the TP wun issue u summon.....:pray:

U can adjust it at the top triple clamp. But do note not to adjust it to more than 45mm between fork cap n triple clamp.
