in tat case there might b a few factor. go back to the bike shop who change ur brake pads for u.

it cos $18 - $20 for a stebel nia @ Ah Boy. wif the workmanship dun tink will hit tat much u mention.

1 in 3 nightspots to go smoke-free when new rules kick in from 1 July

SINGAPORE: More than 30% of entertainment nightspots in Singapore have pledged to go entirely smoke-free from 1 July.

 

This is when the new smoking restrictions kick in.

 

Under the new guidelines by the National Environment Agency, entertainment outlets are allowed to build fully-enclosed smoking rooms for their patrons.

 

But these can only take up only 10% of the indoor refreshment area.

 

Outlets which have outdoor refreshment areas can set aside 20% of their space for patrons who light up.

 

So far, 89 nightspots have said they will build smoking rooms or designate smoking areas outdoors.

 

312 nightspots have said they will go entirely smoke-free.

 

But NEA says businesses can always decide to put in smoking rooms even after the new guidelines are implemented on 1 July.

 

About 900 businesses, including pubs, bars, nightclubs and KTV lounges, are expected to be affected by the new rules which were first announced two years ago.

 

More than 7,500 non-air conditioned food shops, including coffee shops and hawker centres, have become smoke-free since 2006.

A 2004 National Health Survey in Singapore showed that only 12.6% of Singaporeans smoke.
