hey guys, i read back some threads, any kind soul would like to explain wats the diff btw fxr,vxr,rst?

FXR and SP both 2 stroker,

SP - front and rear brake disk. 12L tank

FXR - front brake disk and rear drum brake. 9L tank.

 

VXR and RST both 4 stroke.

both frent and read brake disk.

VXR 12L tank

RST 9L tank (to be confirmed.)

since ur bike is going faster, wear n tear will be faster... FC will be much more...

 

Like that ahh.. maybe change my mind again. I heard quite trouble if need to change the lv pipe. After change, still need send the to LTA to get certificate.:(

I've problem in moving off my bike sumtimes it feels heavy n no power when open throttle...

 

could it be clutch slip?

it happen to me and very noisy to..

then throttle like no power

Dropping the engine will cost u about $150 and the parts that need to be changed are charged separately.

Your front fork is the inverted kind? if its worn change to a pair of VXR fork. the inverted fork is not really worth servicing.

 

Btw you might want to consider Mr Spy's Malossi crank and my Polini kit too. :angel:

anyways for the alien headlight and acerbis handguard...its just sitting in my room..collecting dust..if anyone wants to nego price PM me..anyone got things to trade like helmet raincoat then pm me oso...PM please..dun want to pollute this forum ...

Modding means you need to pay more attention and money to keep it in tip top condition.

 

Modding does not mean trouble. If one is on a tight budget on maintaining a modded ride, then modding is not such a good idea.

 

This is my very expensive opinion. :D

the gilera okkkk..nice auto fuss free bike.with the basic maintainence...u'll be fineee....not abit ex....coe high..1.3k i think...

need some comments...

 

My mine has been fine these 2-3weeks. engine idles well and doesnt die off but from my assesment, if I dun warm up properly in the morning, the bike would die off easily...Is it possible?

runner is a very fun bike... but when there r pros... behind it lies all the hidden cons

there were times i jux felt like dumping my ride into the sea but she has brought me pleasures a plenty

but den again, u could be the lucky 1 who ends up with a 100% problem free bike?

wat kind of trouble u refering to? hhhmmm dun get u leh. if tuning the carb ... ask mech lah.

 

fyi any bike if change legal aftermarket exhaust must go inspection.if illegal ones.. no need lah. but if kena caught by rov ... $$$ fly ...
