Annual PK Chalet cum Mass Gathering & Convoy 2011

 

Date : 27 Aug 2011. Saturday...

 

WHERE: Aloha Changi, Chalet L (See Map here)

 

Meetup for convoy : Bishan Park CP opposite Blk 341 AMK Ave 1(CLICK FOR MAP!!)

Time to meet: 1600hrs

Briefing: 1620hrs

Move out: 1630hrs

Attire : Phantom Knights Polo shirt (if you have, if not black Tees or polo is fine).

Who can attend : Open to all PKs and non PKs and friends...

 

 

NOTE:

There are 3 rooms for this chalet, you want hug boy ger or dog sleep up to you, jus dun come in my room hug me unless is chiobu.

 

Those who drinks (alcoholic drinks), can sleep there, not enough bed space, just hug each other. No drinking and riding/driving is allowed. Keys will be confisticated and bike we'll sell it off to pay for next yrs event (j/king la, only selling part)...

Activities :

There will be a mass convoy from a designated place to the Chalet. Route etc, will be posted here in due time. This is an experience of a lifetime to join in a mass convoy, especially those who did not experience one b4. I can only say this "The feeling is GREAT!".

 

Upon reaching designation, there will be games and ice-breaking session.

 

Next will be the Makan cum BBQ session... Our PK Chef is requested to BBQ the chix wings (halal) for us...hehee

 

Lastly, I am planning a games contest etc with prizes. Lets get the sponsors coming...

• Always adhere to the local traffic rules and regulations.
  

 

• Convoy is to be travelling in local legal speed, unless in situations, i.e. overtaking.
  

 

• P.P.E.(Personal Protection Equipment) is reccommended.
  i.e. Proper helmets, full or open face; Gloves; Jackets; Jeans or Pants; Covered shoes/boots.
  

 

• It is everyone's responsibility to should ensure that oneself is fit for riding, and machine is good for moving.

Hi guys/gals,

 

A lil update for food. Food is halal, ok i know now is fasting month, but if anyone have to eat halal food just to let u know it is...

 

drinks are provided with the food, but probably it's not enuff so we have bought extra drinks.

 

we have also bought extra bbq food like chicken wings etc, as it is a chalet so how can no bbq right?

 

all above is covered in the $15/pax...

 

i'll provide some liquer from my collection, if u wan beer u got to buy urself la. jus remember that no riding/driving after drinking. the place is big enuff to accomodate extra "sleep overs" personnel, whether u are tired need rest or drunk...

 

i urge u to sleep well the night before the event as we have convoy. we have the right to reject u for convoy if we find that u are not in a good state of mind to ride in convoy, for the safety of the rest.

 

i'll see u guys at convoy point. pls see first few posts for convoy meeting point.
