Just had a skid along AMK ave 3... lucky I escaped relatively unscathed except for some road rash... even my bike seem ok (I guess due to the large front crash bars)... I'm very thankful to the kind rider bro who stopped to help me and check to see if i'm ok.. I'm so sorry that I was still in a bit of shock so I didn't thank you enough nor get your name.. :pity:

 

Anyway, if you see this.. just want to thank you for your help. I'm touched by your kind gesture to help a complete stranger and I am also encouraged to see that the first person who came to help me is a rider :thumb::thumb::thumb: Nice to see that the riders brotherhood is strong and alive here! :D

I riding phantom.. I'm ok just some road rash.. the bike is even more ok cos got big crash bars :D

no gears at all cos riding phantom.. look very weird if wear too 'sart' riding phantom right?.. :) I'm glad I wore shoes instead of sandles though.. cos my feet were perfectly no prob and no abrasions except for a 1-cent size abrasion where the top of the shoes ended.. :)

shd start wearing gears. im always in FF helmet and gloves n shoes when riding Phantom.

 

The bike itself is oredi not a safe bike.

Yeah. Used to ride the same as a tpt bike. Tail heavy. You e-brake, and the ass can come around to slap you in the face. Always have my Multitec on even when on the Fat-tom.

@DeusExMachina you are so right.. I e brake and that sort of happened.. bike ended up in perpendicular position to the direction of travel..o_O but I think is my own fault.. shouldn't have jammed the brake so hard.. but donno is it because of the laid back riding posture, my head never hit the ground at all and my helmet got totally no scratch...

ride phantom can not wear gears meh ?

i saw kup,fino wear ff also

 

i got 1 hjc ff,astar armour jacket,astar gloves.(but sumtyms lazy wear)

Im ride my spark with gloves, dr martins boots, airoh full face

 

If i were to own a phantom, i would invest in bell "phantom" fullface. Sweeeeeeeetttttt . . . .

haha yah.. most of my friends say I was unlucky... but I think I was super lucky!!!!! cos this accident didn't harmed anyone and I also not harmed except for abrasions.... :D

last time, i remeber, i riding wave 110 (even older than the wave 125)

i using HJC full face, Kings safety shoes, icon hooligan titanium knuckles gloves

 

wahahaha....choice of looking fierce rather than look pathetic after crashing

PROBLEM is not serious, if it can be solved with MONEY ... the PROBLEM comes when you have NO MONEY

good to hear you okay. same situation happened with me also.

i was wearing gear. so i could walk away with a curse and f up the driver who made me skid.

 

don't care what people think la, its your body.............your BODAY!!!!! lol.

February 2011 - March 2012 = Phantom TA 200

March 2012 - August 2013 = Suzuki Impulse 400

Present = BMW (Bus, MRT, Walk)
