hi guys, juz wondering where u guys get the basic bikes at a super cheap price and then which workshop u guys go to mod? or its mainly diy? Well im goin to build myself a street tracker but yet to purchase a bike yet.Been looking around a few shops met nothing that is cheap yet still in working condition plus those really cheap ones have only a year or two before the coe its up. Current coe is expensive and im not sure if its worth to renew it unless u want to use it for the next ten years which i guess most of us are likely to use the bike for a year or two then sell it buy another one and mod again.Hope u guys can tell me where can i get a basic bike at a super cheap price

Are you starting out in the mod scene? Sad to say that it is never a cheap hobby. Like you said, modding is like poison which will plague you every now and then. Each mod will cost you time and money, which is why even distinguished mod shops take months to complete an entire bike. Imagine a tank reshaping can already cost about $200, repainting another $200-300 odd. If you wanna be upz you can always import tanks from overseas, but be prepared to spend as much as $800 with shipping inclusive.

 

Nevertheless, you can always take things slow or even doing the mods yourself if you have access to the right tools. If any, shops usually sell stock/good condition bikes because you cannot expect everyone to be looking for a poor outlook bike with healthy engine like we do. I feel that the best option is to know what model you want, and be at a constant lookout on the streets/carpark and hope that some uncle would want to upgrade and sell you their bike for cheap. I'm also looking for a donor bike for damn long already but to no avail. Yup, good luck with the build! ;)

hello guys. i own a tw200. and i just got into the 'custom spirit'. but first things first, just wondering where to start and how. how do i strip my bike naked? any advice would be greatly appreciated guys.

Selling a pair of Screamin Eagle Mufflers for Harley Softail. 80035-95A. Might fit other models too. Was mounted on my Dragstar bobber. Sold the bike but buyer prefers stock so mufflers are still with me. Painted black and in good condition. Not riding a cruiser now hence have no use for them. Priced to clear at $150.

Yeow motor at ang mo kio industrial park 1. They can dismantle and assemble your bike. I saved cost by doing that myself and sent the parts there. Paintwork still look good.

Steed was sent to replica before they closed.

 

Bring a photo of what u like and they will try their best to follow.

Sprint where did u get your cafe seat done?

Of course I trust my skills. I ride alone cos I don't trust the competency of the driver next to me.

Made the base out of aluminium, rear hump cut from a cheap used petrol tank. Upholstery done at blk 47 bendemeer. But I wouldn't recommend putting 'muscles' (humps) on the seat as water can seep through. Hahaha

Changed my rear fender to a sportster one but had to widen it cos of the steed wider rear wheel.
