I'm looking for Shell Advance Ultra Engine Oil.

does anyone know where over in singapore can get a cheap one?

Shell station selling for $22.

 

Or anyone here know where to get this in JB?

Hi all! Last time i got tried the MOTUL 5100 4T 15W50 Semi-Synthetic. Now MOTUL got come out new one MOTUL 7100 4T (10W40 or 20w50) Fully Synthetic! Has anyone tried the MOTUL 7100 4T yet?

 

The MOTUL 7100 catalog states :

100% Synthetic-Ester based high performance lubricant for high performance bikes, sport bikes, street and road bikes, trails, off road bikes, enduro, trial ... fitted with 4 stroke engines, intergrated gearbox or not, wet or dry clutch, engines meeting Euro 2 or Euro 3 emission regulation, fitted with exhaust gas after treatment systems: catalytic converters, air injection into exhaust pipe.

 

 

Anyone tried? :confused:

Maxima 4T are suitable for all 4 stroke engines. The only difference is that the specs for performance oil exceeds typical passenger car motor oils.

Try AHM Performance at Eunos, very close to SingPost centre. The price is about the same everywhere, but you can buy in 100ml, so you don't have to pay for 1 bottle and use only a fraction.

Today went A.S.Phoon Toh Guan to service. They got promotion. Castrol R4 $18 only. Power 1 4T $10. :goodluck:

During the Japanese Occupation, 3 Singaporeans, Ah Meng, Ah Seng and Ah Beng were caught for smuggling. They were sentenced to death by firing squad.

 

That night, Ah Meng came up with a plan. He told the others that the Japanese were afraid of natural disasters. So he would cause them to panic, and escape in the confusion.

 

The next morning, Ah Meng was led to the wall. The firing squad was lined up and the Captain commanded, "Ready.. Aim..", but before he could complete, Ah Meng shouted, " Earthquake!! Earthquake!" The Japanese soldiers panicked and Ah Meng made his escape.

 

Later, the soldiers took Ah Seng out and the firing squad were ready. The captain commanded, "Ready... Aim..." This time Ah Seng shouted. " Flood! Flood!!" Again, the Japanese soldiers panicked and this time, Ah Seng made his escape.

 

Observing all this, Ah Beng began to get the idea. "It's important to get the timing right."

 

Soon, it was Ah Beng's turn. "Timing, that's the key.." Ah Beng kept saying to himself. The soldiers lined up in front of him. The captain started, "Ready..."

 

"Timing," Ah Beng thought to himself

 

"Aim..."

 

"Okay," thought Ah Beng, and shouted, " FIRE!!! FIRE!!!

had a few missed shifts @ track, so i changed to Maxima Extra 15w-50 today

 

feels hotter(my not-so accurate thigh thermomether)

 

but,its very very smooth once warmed up, imo it will suit v-twins well

I've just bought 4T oil brand PENNZOIL 20W50, but haven't do an oil change.

 

anyone here used this oil before? any good and bad comment?
