Product : Engine Oil Discussion

It seems to me most people failed to realized that buying a good oil relates to what is in its content. Most i believe can't even specifically explain the purpose and benefito of each oil brand. Everybody has their own oil brand favorites but can't back it up. maybe this will stirr up some questions and answers.

Maxima is pretty good, I would say. Good if you using it for 3000 or more kms. However it's always good that engines have fresh oil no matter what. Therefore a bit on the ex side if you intend to change every 1000kms. Up to the individual. No hard or fast rules.

Check this thread out. I am creating a club of bikers for bikers. This is for intercultural intergration. Come on in, fellow bikers.

Packages usually includes 3 botls of E.O + Oil filter.

But when u change oil filter, u need 3.2L...

So, u still need to buy another bot or they will top u 0.2L free for u?

Can some1 clear my doubt?

guys...

I deciding to use Elf or Maxima (Fully sy.) which is e best performance?

Ester base is of course better :thumb: It the best and most expensive category of base oil for 4 stroke engine oil. Ester type EO also has a natural ability to adhere to the metal better for lasting protection on startup. I think Elf is a package in Singapore product.

thanks,

just reading their specs.....especially anti-wear additives (not their racing oil), seems like their oil r good for bikes in sillypore.

just checking whether anyone here see this/got lobang or not. :cheeky:

Ya i know. I also got to know that their oil is good dat's why i emailed them and ask for their distributor or agent. Unluckily they have none. So too bad. Hav to find other alternative.
