Attention people..... with the increased work & to cater to customers' needs, Ah Ann will be moving to a bigger shop space. The new shop is located at 25 Kaki Bukit Road 4 #06-81 Singapore 417800 (Opposite Autobay Kaki Bukit)..

 

Operations will commence from 30 Oct 2014 onwards

Remember guys.... Ah An's shop name is BIKE FABRICATOR... Not 37 Motoring.

 

When I was there today his signboard is not up yet. He's sharing shop unit with another operator which I think is call optimum or something. Just head to unit #03-27. It's the 2nd (or is it 3rd??) unit on the right after the ramp to the 3rd floor.

U can try asking loh.

 

I used to go to this workshop with an old uncle who customises petrol tanks. Those were the days of motor-siao with char kueh tiow handlebars and he'll cut the petrol tank for the half tank look. But that was like in 1993/4??

Would not mind investing hundreds but not thousands.

Yup... He specialises in metal works. Brackets, header repairs, racks, and last job he did for me was a heavy duty skidplate.

No he don't do it cos he doesnt have the equipment for that. In fact, most if not all bikeshops don't. Seng Kwang accepts powdercoat work but they also send to the specialised shop to do and not by them.

More choices hopefully cheaper:)

But quality is still of upmost importance when doing metalworks...

 

Will pop by 1 day to check out the fab work done by them...

SK sometimes design abit off. But overall their workmanship is there. We can't deny that they made some realy nice customisation too.

 

Ah An price is much easier on the wallet & he'll involve u on how u wan the design & job to be done.

 

Pros & cons. If u wan cheap and reasonable good, go to Bike Fabricator and look for Ah An. If u have a fat wallet and want 'proven' workmanship then it's SK.

Safest time is 10am onwards. He usually will still be at the shop around 7-8pm. Just call him before u head down and avoid weekends if possible.
