waa.. yesterday my bike piston jam at bke when going home sia 155km/hr jam liao.. i overhaul at kok seng and after 1000clicks i change E.O and wanna test top speed and after that jam dam suay la push all the way after mandai exit to mandai hill camp to park there and take cab home, today they close cos they got racing at tuas ****up shop after they change everything for me free i will never go that shop again somemore he tell me can go 180km/hr with no problem

 

u should have go back do ur power setting ... i think the mech help u to set up a run in setting ... u nv go back set than u wack of course will jam .....

dun say 180, 155 alrdy piston jam le. summore jus overhauled n run in finish. dunno wat the shop doing sia

chances of piston jamming in such a situation is very HIGH.

 

want play safe shld run in more. season it more with different speeds. and make sure 2t intake is sufficient.

Anyway, i thinks its damm unfair for the shop dat u only say part of ur story here only. IF i am not wrong, u told me dat after overhaul u were running at 100-110km/h??? and the mech did tell u to ride at 80 first den slowly after u clock more den increase slowly. and all the way while running in u ride at 100-110kn/h? And the mech also say run in till 1200km den chg oil? and now ur piston jam u blame them???

 

anyway i am just voicing out wad i have heard since its such a coincidence dat u talked to me. And also i have no meaning of flaming u. just feel unfair for the shop.

 

Anyway the mechanic that did your bike was previously from XING HOCK. His name is ah hao. Some of the old birds i guess should know him also. and he is not those irresponsible mech.

i just overhauled after run in 1k clicks piston jam at 155km/hr, after everything fixed i will don't want to ride anymore n wait for 2a

i tkin you shld cnfrm with the shop wats the problem b4 you make any comments on the shop. aft run in, i hit 170km, nothing goes wrong. nothing is FREE, miso changed dont know how manay free piston b4 alrdy....

all these really depends on the mech ..

i run in 700 clicks can whack liaoz ..

and in between running in i was occasionally whacking and trying tops.. lolz

it really depends on the rider's level of understanding of wads goin on and HOW to whack ..

at least 70% of light muz be able to pass thru ur visor ..

so black visor and mercury(chrome tinted) visors for the rider himself is a no no if u dun wanna kana 50 bucks ..
