Hey Fazer Riders,

- besides covering e bike, is there any ways to deter cats from cuming to our bikes?

 

- for e past wk, there's a cat that keep cuming to my bike, hop-on to my tank & urine/ s h i t on it!!!

after washing e 's h i t' off, e smell still stays, esp after riding.

 

- some ppl say sprinkle some medicated oil on e bike? some ppl say there's a deodorant available in pet shops dat can musk away e s h i t smell?

 

- dunoe y dis small cat not afraid of big cat?

 

- btw, any1 using Pirelli Angel ST / Diablo Rosso 2, Michelin PR2 / PP? Reviews?

can try get those anti cat mats from daiso. cheap cheap $2. like plastic spikes on the mat so that when the cat step its painful. put on your seat before covering.

Put mothballs or a cloth that's soaked in Axe oil or some citrus oil. Cats hate citrus.

anybody encountered chain rubbing the main stand when riding? i still cannot figure out y this happened...

ohhh.... dun think i can give a good review cos its still very new. but i believe u shd have a tire of ur choice. just dunno whether to get it anot rite? but new tires r always a joy... :D

 

Has crossed PR2 out of my list. Left the angel ST and Bt 023. nevertheless, will appreciate your review on the angel ST. dun think i will be changing the tires anytime soon. :angel:

hi. do u guys encounter engine cut off by itself while ridding ? im sure that its not the power cut as i was picking up then the engine just off by itself. even when i warming up bike in neutrel it will die off too. Do any fazer bro encounter this ?

 

For my case it happened due to water has gone inside the fuel tank. Initially the problem was similar to u, engine wanted to die while waiting for warm up, but it didn't off fully during riding. Finally one fine day engine could not start at all.

Anyway, this is just my experience. I m comparatively a new rider of Fazer. I believe other bros would be able to help u better.

actually, all these you mentioned are sport touring tires.. it's very subjective one..

 

BT23 is the stork tire for DN-01 & GTR for what i knew.. it might be stork for a few other models too..

 

i got a frn jus changed angelST.. he is still enjoying the "angel side".. hahaha..

You should be able to find brands like HEL/Star @ $130~150.

From what i heard.... and saw..... yes.... there is 2 factory doing PR2/3.

But you can always request Spain stock instead of thai..... Just like some of us.

LAB also selling PR3.... but is made in thai.....

can always buy sw motech racks. y fabricate when there are readily available rack on the market? unless you need some special features.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.
